【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的建立、發(fā)展和完善,計(jì)劃和市場(chǎng)都是不斷變化地發(fā)揮著相當(dāng)分量的作用。馬克思主義中國(guó)化的突出成果是在社會(huì)主義制度下實(shí)行市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)。改革開放以來(lái)的這段時(shí)期,社會(huì)主義建設(shè)進(jìn)程中探索和研究的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題是怎樣處理好計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系。科學(xué)的社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的順利創(chuàng)建依賴于科學(xué)地把握好計(jì)劃和市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系。因此,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系這一研究論題,有利于我們正確認(rèn)識(shí)和了解社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系,這一研究具有特別的理論和實(shí)踐意義。以我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制確立的歷程為背景,以社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程為分析框架,分析社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系,研究為什么要確立社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,并進(jìn)一步研究了計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中的指導(dǎo)意義。計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中作為兩個(gè)互不可分的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和完善中相互作用和相互轉(zhuǎn)化,才能發(fā)揮各自的作用最大化,才能推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的發(fā)展和完善,才能夠進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)和繁榮。主要研究社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷程,研究社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然性及研究社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系這三個(gè)方面內(nèi)容。說(shuō)明計(jì)劃與市場(chǎng)這兩個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)手段在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要性。
[Abstract]:With the establishment, development and improvement of China's socialist market economy system. Both the plan and the market are constantly playing a significant role. The outstanding result of the Sinicization of Marxism is the implementation of the market economy under the socialist system, a period since the reform and opening up. The key problem in the process of socialist construction is how to deal with the relationship between the plan and the market, and the smooth establishment of the scientific socialist market economy system depends on grasping the relationship between the plan and the market scientifically. So... The research topic of the relationship between the plan and the market in the socialist market economy is helpful for us to correctly understand and understand the socialist market economy system. This research is of special theoretical and practical significance. It takes the course of establishing the socialist market economy system as the background and the development process of the socialist market economy as the analytical framework. This paper analyzes the relationship between the plan and the market in the construction of socialist market economy, and studies why it is necessary to establish the socialist market economy system. It also further studies the guiding significance of the relationship between the plan and the market in the construction of socialist market economy. The planning and the market are two mutually separate adjustment mechanisms in the process of China's economic development. Only by interacting and transforming each other in the development and improvement of the socialist market economy can we maximize their respective roles and promote the development and improvement of the socialist market economy system. In order to further promote the growth and prosperity of China's economy, this paper mainly studies the course of development of socialist market economy. This paper studies the inevitability of socialist market economy and the relationship between plan and market in socialist market economy, and explains the importance of planning and market in the development of Chinese economy.
