【摘要】：物流聯(lián)絡(luò)中心的人力成本隨著坐席擁有的技能、服務(wù)渠道的多少以及服務(wù)時段的不同而不同,對人員進行合理班次設(shè)計以節(jié)省人力成本尤為必要�？紤]現(xiàn)實聯(lián)絡(luò)中心工作時間的連續(xù)與中斷、技能組和渠道組的匹配等,提出采用分階段法優(yōu)化班次。首先給出不考慮時間中斷的坐席的排班模型A,求得排班方案;接下來,在此基礎(chǔ)上將中斷時間約束加入,建立模型B,求得班次覆蓋矩陣;最后加入排班調(diào)整約束,建立模型C,對多技能組中各渠道組進行調(diào)整,給出最符合實際情況的最優(yōu)排班調(diào)整方案。數(shù)值實驗結(jié)合物流企業(yè)實例和各方案的比較,驗證了模型的有效性。該方法為聯(lián)絡(luò)中心排班提供了新思路,對其它服務(wù)行業(yè)的排班也具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The human cost of logistics with the contact center seats have the skills, service channels and service time is different, the staff service is designed to save manpower cost reasonably necessary. Consider the realistic contact center work time continuity and discontinuity, skill set and channel group matching, provides a method to optimize the phase shift firstly, regardless of A. The seating time interrupt scheduling model, scheduling scheme is obtained; then, based on the interruption time constraints are added, to set up the model of B, obtain the shift coverage matrix; finally adding scheduling adjustment constraints, establish the model of C, adjusted for each channel group multi skill group, the optimal scheduling adjustment for the actual situation. The numerical experiments combined with examples and the scheme of logistics enterprises, to verify the validity of the model. The method for the contact center to provide scheduling The new idea has a certain reference value to the scheduling of other service industries.
