【摘要】：縣域城鎮(zhèn)化是我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化體系中的重要構(gòu)成部分,該文基于2001-2013年河北省縣域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),采用主成分分析方法評(píng)價(jià)了河北省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展質(zhì)量,并用一元線性回歸方法測(cè)度了城鎮(zhèn)化的有效性。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),河北省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量在2001-2013年呈現(xiàn)逐步提升的趨勢(shì),人口子系統(tǒng)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的影響最大,而就業(yè)子系統(tǒng)影響最小,城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量得到改善但沒有根本改變;縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的有效性主要體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場(chǎng)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施子系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)展上,對(duì)就業(yè)子系統(tǒng)的反饋性最小,因而提高就業(yè)水平和優(yōu)化就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是改進(jìn)縣域城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:County urbanization is an important component of China's urbanization system part, the 2001-2013 County of Hebei province social economy based on the statistical data, using principal component analysis method to evaluate the quality of development of county urbanization in Hebei Province, and the regression method to measure the effectiveness of urbanization by monolinear. The results showed that Hebei county urbanization quality has gradually rising trend during 2001-2013 years, the influence of population subsystem on urbanization quality, and employment system with minimal impact on urbanization quality improved but there is no fundamental change; the effectiveness of county urbanization is mainly reflected in the progress of economic, market and infrastructure sub the system of employment, the minimum feedback subsystem, and improve the level of employment and employment structure optimization is the key to improve the quality of county urbanization.
