【摘要】：福建省僑興學(xué)校中西餐烹飪專業(yè)多年來(lái)嘗試現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制辦學(xué)模式,通過(guò)實(shí)施"招生招工一體化、教學(xué)與實(shí)踐一體化、學(xué)生管理一體化、評(píng)價(jià)考核一體化"等措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)校企共管、工學(xué)交替,探索中職辦學(xué)模式的改革,取得了顯著成效,走出了一條具有自身辦學(xué)特色的育人之路。
[Abstract]:For many years, the Chinese and Western cooking major of Qiaoxing School in Fujian Province has tried to run a modern apprenticeship system. Through the implementation of "the integration of enrollment and recruitment, the integration of teaching and practice, the integration of student management and the integration of evaluation and assessment", the co-management of schools and enterprises, the alternation of work and study, and the reform of secondary vocational school running mode have achieved remarkable results and walked out a way of educating people with their own characteristics of running a school.
