【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化是建立在計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上的一種文化，隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想觀點(diǎn)、行為模式、價(jià)值取向、心理發(fā)展等各方面的影響也越來越大。網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化在給高職思想政治教育帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí)，也使教育工作面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。然而，面對(duì)新形勢(shì)、新任務(wù)、新挑戰(zhàn)，高職院校思想政治教育工作仍存在不少薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，工作方法、途徑、機(jī)制等諸多方面有待進(jìn)一步提高和完善，實(shí)效性有待進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。如何充分利用好互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，積極面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境給高職院校思想政治工作帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，是擺在高職院校思想政治教育工作者面前亟待研究和解決的課題。 本文就如何做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境下高職院校思政教育工作，結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀，聯(lián)系自身工作與學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際，從五個(gè)方面展開論述：第一，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的含義、功能及發(fā)展。第二，高等職業(yè)教育的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及在校學(xué)生群體的特點(diǎn)。第三，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境下高職院校思政工作現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。第四，網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)高職思政工作的影響。第五，加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境下高職思想政治教育工作的思考及對(duì)策。 上述第一部分主要闡述互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的含義、功能及發(fā)展，有助于我們了解與掌握新形勢(shì)下思想政治教育工作的背景與環(huán)境。 第二部分梳理高等職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的歷史背景，對(duì)其在校學(xué)生群體的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析，掌握思政教育工作對(duì)象的特點(diǎn)，為更有效果做好思政工作，增強(qiáng)思政工作實(shí)效性，打下基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分通過調(diào)查實(shí)證剖析當(dāng)前高職院校思政教育工作的現(xiàn)狀，引導(dǎo)人們深層次地思考解決辦法和改善途徑。 第四部分通過辯證的分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)高職思想政治教育工作的影響，指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)高職思政工作帶來的挑戰(zhàn)，包括輿論導(dǎo)向控制能力、思政工作者能力素質(zhì)、大學(xué)生行為方式等，明確網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化帶給高職思政工作的機(jī)遇，主要有適應(yīng)“工學(xué)結(jié)合”模式、增強(qiáng)教育吸引力及突破時(shí)空界限，實(shí)現(xiàn)思政教育社會(huì)化等。 第五部分以當(dāng)前高職院校所處網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境為背景，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論，聯(lián)系工作實(shí)際，分別從高職院校思想政治教育的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、理念、途徑、方法、機(jī)制、平臺(tái)等方面出發(fā)，采取多載體、多渠道、多方式，嘗試性提出一些針對(duì)性對(duì)策，抓住機(jī)遇、迎接挑戰(zhàn)，以提高高職院校思想政治教育工作質(zhì)量，，增加工作實(shí)效性，為培養(yǎng)更多的合格的社會(huì)主義高素質(zhì)技能型人才作出有益的探索。

[Abstract]:Network culture is a kind of culture based on computer network information technology. with the popularization of Internet, network culture has more and more influence on college students' ideological point of view, behavior mode, value orientation, psychological development and so on. Network culture not only brings opportunities to higher vocational ideological and political education, but also makes education work face severe challenges. However, in the face of the new situation, new tasks and new challenges, there are still many weak links in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, working methods, ways, mechanisms and many other aspects need to be further improved and improved, and the effectiveness needs to be further enhanced. How to make full use of the Internet and actively face the opportunities and challenges brought by the network cultural environment to the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is a subject that needs to be studied and solved urgently in front of the ideological and political education workers in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses how to do a good job of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the environment of network culture, combined with the present situation, connecting with its own work and learning practice, from five aspects: first, the meaning, function and development of Internet innovation and network culture. Second, the emergence and development of higher vocational education and the characteristics of the group of students in school. Third, the investigation of the present situation of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges under the environment of network culture. Fourth, the influence of network culture on ideological and political work in higher vocational education. Fifth, strengthen the thinking and countermeasures of ideological and political education in higher vocational education under the environment of network culture. The first part mainly expounds the meaning, function and development of Internet innovation and network culture, which is helpful for us to understand and master the background and environment of ideological and political education under the new situation. The second part combs the historical background of the emergence and development of higher vocational education, analyzes the characteristics of the group of students in school, grasps the characteristics of the objects of ideological and political education, and lays the foundation for doing a good job of ideological and political work and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work. The third part analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through investigation and empirical analysis, and guides people to think deeply about solutions and ways to improve them. The fourth part analyzes the influence of network culture on ideological and political education in higher vocational education dialectically, points out the challenges brought by network culture to ideological and political work in higher vocational education, including the ability of public opinion oriented control, the ability quality of ideological and political workers, the behavior mode of college students, etc., and clarifies the opportunities brought by network culture to ideological and political work in higher vocational education, mainly adapts to the mode of "combination of work and study", enhances the attraction of education and breaks through the boundaries of time and space. Realize the socialization of ideological and political education, etc. The fifth part takes the current network culture environment of higher vocational colleges as the background, unifies the relevant theory, unifies the work practice, respectively from the higher vocational college ideological and political education goal, the content, the idea, the way, the method, the mechanism, the platform and so on, adopts the multi-carrier, the multi-channel, the multi-way, attempts to put forward some targeted countermeasures, grasps the opportunity, meets the challenge, in order to improve the higher vocational college ideological and political education work quality, Increase the effectiveness of the work, for the training of more qualified socialist high-quality skilled personnel to make a useful exploration.
