【摘要】：江蘇積極推進現(xiàn)代學徒制試點工作,強化試點工作組織、政策與經(jīng)費保障,強化試點工作過程監(jiān)控,強化雙元育人機制構建,強化"雙導師"教學團隊建設,注重科學研究和宣傳推廣,形成了地區(qū)、企業(yè)、高職院、中職校四維試點模式。但綜合來看,還存在專業(yè)課程安排不能很好適應現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng),企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)的積極性不高,職業(yè)院校自身培養(yǎng)能力仍顯不足,現(xiàn)代學徒制促進機制缺乏規(guī)范、保障乏力等問題。未來,需要構建工學結(jié)合、學做一體的人才培養(yǎng)課程體系,建設專兼結(jié)合、互聘共用的"雙導師"隊伍,多措并舉提升企業(yè)的職業(yè)教育參與度,推進現(xiàn)代學徒制制度建設。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu actively promotes the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system, strengthens the organization of pilot work, policy and fund guarantee, strengthens the monitoring of pilot work process, strengthens the construction of dual education mechanism, strengthens the construction of "double tutor" teaching team, pays attention to scientific research and propaganda, and forms the four-dimensional pilot mode of regional, enterprise, higher vocational college and secondary vocational school. However, on the whole, there are still some problems, such as the professional curriculum arrangement can not adapt to the training of modern apprenticeship talents, the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the training of modern apprenticeship talents is not high, the self-training ability of vocational colleges is still insufficient, the promotion mechanism of modern apprenticeship system is lack of standardization, and the guarantee is weak. In the future, it is necessary to construct a talent training curriculum system with the combination of work and study, to build a team of "double mentors" who combine with each other, to improve the participation of vocational education in enterprises at the same time, and to promote the construction of modern apprenticeship system.
