廣州市中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:20多年來(lái),發(fā)展職業(yè)教育一直是我國(guó)教育工作的一個(gè)重點(diǎn),職業(yè)教育是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標(biāo)志,承載著滿足社會(huì)需求的重任,培養(yǎng)為社會(huì)直接創(chuàng)造財(cái)富的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和專門(mén)人才。中等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育是職業(yè)教育和高中階段教育的重要組成部分。目前,全國(guó)共有中等職業(yè)學(xué)校12000多所,在校生2100多萬(wàn)人,專任教師88萬(wàn)多人,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教育的總體規(guī)模約占全國(guó)職業(yè)學(xué)校教育的三分之二、高中階段教育的二分之一。廣州地處珠江三角洲中心地帶,是華南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化聚集地,職業(yè)教育規(guī)模宏大,2012年全市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校招生8.14萬(wàn)人,在校生23.94萬(wàn)人,畢業(yè)生7.78萬(wàn)人。但是廣州市仍然飽受勞動(dòng)力供求結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡的困擾,一方面很多企業(yè)找不到合適的技術(shù)人員,而另一方面很多普通高校的畢業(yè)生卻遭遇到找工作難的問(wèn)題,這不能不促使我們更加關(guān)注和深入研究中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展問(wèn)題。 本文分析了廣州市中等職業(yè)教育的基本情況,包括廣州市中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展需求、廣州市中等職業(yè)教育的規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、教學(xué)對(duì)象、發(fā)展障礙等方面,歸納出廣州的中等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育發(fā)展的策略,以破解廣州市乃至全國(guó)技能型人才短缺難題,促進(jìn)廣州市中等職業(yè)教育的健康發(fā)展,以適應(yīng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)高素質(zhì)技能人才的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:For more than 20 years, the development of vocational education has been a key point of educational work in our country. Vocational education is an important symbol to measure the degree of modernization of a country, carrying the important task of meeting the needs of society, and cultivating high-quality workers and professionals who directly create wealth for the society. Secondary vocational and technical education is an important part of vocational education and senior high school education. At present, there are more than 12000 secondary vocational schools in the country, with more than 21 million students and more than 880000 full-time teachers. The overall scale of secondary vocational school education accounts for about 2/3 of the national vocational school education and 1/2 of the senior high school education. Guangzhou, located in the heart of the Pearl River Delta, is an economic and cultural gathering place in South China. The scale of vocational education is huge. In 2012, the city enrolled 81400 secondary vocational schools, 239400 students and 77800 graduates. However, Guangzhou is still beset by the imbalance of labor supply and demand structure. On the one hand, many enterprises can not find suitable technical personnel, on the other hand, many graduates of ordinary colleges and universities encounter the problem of finding a job, which can not help but urge us to pay more attention to and deeply study the development of secondary vocational education. This paper analyzes the basic situation of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, including the development demand of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, the scale, structure, teaching object and obstacles of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou, and sums up the strategies for the development of secondary vocational and technical education in Guangzhou in order to solve the shortage of skilled talents in Guangzhou and even in the whole country and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou. In order to meet the urgent needs of new economic development for high-quality and skilled personnel.
