系統(tǒng)理論指導(dǎo)下的中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育的實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)是中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)內(nèi)涵的重要組成部分,中等職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)決定了中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)的特征,決定了中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。建立完善的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前中職學(xué)校提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的迫切需要。當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論和方法得到普遍傳播和運(yùn)用,成為研究和思考教學(xué)改革方略的基本方法。本課題針對(duì)中職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,指出中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)實(shí)施過程中需要解決的關(guān)鍵問題,在系統(tǒng)理論的指導(dǎo)下,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)中等職業(yè)教育的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng),就如何提高中職計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的有效性進(jìn)行探討,,努力提升中職學(xué)生的實(shí)踐技能層次,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)企業(yè)崗位的適應(yīng)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)與職業(yè)崗位的零距離對(duì)接。本文分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分,引言。闡述研究的背景及研究意義,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于實(shí)踐教學(xué)研究的動(dòng)態(tài),說明本文的主要工作。 第二部分,中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵和特征。中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)是針對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)而構(gòu)建和應(yīng)用的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)。與普通高中教學(xué)相比,它需具有理論與實(shí)踐的教學(xué)整體性,內(nèi)容與目的持續(xù)發(fā)展性,更需考慮不同的地域特征和工學(xué)結(jié)合的要求。 第三部分,系統(tǒng)理論指導(dǎo)下的中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。在系統(tǒng)理論視角下對(duì)中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,研究中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的條件和要素構(gòu)成,在羅列系統(tǒng)的要素后,探討其內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建由中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)支撐系統(tǒng)、中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)、中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)、中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)和中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)五大子系統(tǒng)組成的中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)。 第四部分,中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)在計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)專業(yè)中的應(yīng)用。在計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)專業(yè)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,進(jìn)行提高實(shí)踐教學(xué)有效性的研究,進(jìn)行中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)施,并提出面向工程化的中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)實(shí)施系統(tǒng)和基于工作流程的中職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的課程設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The practical teaching activity of secondary vocational education is an important part of the teaching connotation of secondary vocational education. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational education determines the characteristics of secondary vocational education teaching. It determines the realization of the goal of personnel training in secondary vocational education. The establishment of a perfect practical teaching system is an urgent need to improve the quality of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. At present, the theories and methods of system science have been widely disseminated and applied, which has become the basic method to study and think about the teaching reform strategy. In view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of secondary vocational education, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and points out the key problems to be solved in the implementation of practical teaching in secondary vocational education. Under the guidance of the system theory, This paper constructs a practical teaching system suitable for secondary vocational education, probes into how to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching of computer network technology specialty in secondary vocational school, and strives to improve the level of practical skills of secondary vocational school students. Strengthen the adaptability of students to enterprise posts, and realize the zero distance docking between school learning and professional posts. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. This paper expounds the background and significance of the research, analyzes the trends of practical teaching research at home and abroad, and explains the main work of this paper. The second part, the connotation and characteristics of the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational school is a practical teaching system which is constructed and applied according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school teaching. Compared with ordinary senior high school teaching, it should have the teaching integrity of theory and practice, the sustainable development of content and purpose, and the requirements of different regional characteristics and the combination of work and study. The third part, under the guidance of system theory, the construction of practical teaching system in secondary vocational school. This paper analyzes the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school from the perspective of system theory, studies the conditions and components of the practical teaching system of secondary vocational school, and probes into its internal relations after listing the elements of the system, and then constructs the supporting system of practical teaching of secondary vocational school. The practical teaching system of secondary vocational school is composed of five subsystems: the target system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school, the practical teaching management system of secondary vocational school, the content system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school and the evaluation system of practical teaching in secondary vocational school. The fourth part, the application of secondary vocational practical teaching system in computer network technology specialty. In the practical teaching activities of computer network technology specialty, the research on improving the effectiveness of practical teaching is carried out, and the concrete implementation of practical teaching system in secondary vocational school is carried out. The implementation system of engineering oriented practical teaching in secondary vocational school and the curriculum design of practical teaching in secondary vocational school based on workflow are put forward.
