我國中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀與建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)是指經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)注冊,以全面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)、豐富學(xué)生課余生活、促進(jìn)優(yōu)良校風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng)為目的,由學(xué)生自發(fā)組織并自主活動(dòng)的學(xué)生群眾組織,是校園文化的重要載體。中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)的成員都是由中職學(xué)生組成,具有非常明顯的職業(yè)性和實(shí)踐性。中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的多樣性以及知識(shí)的豐富性,能引導(dǎo)中職學(xué)生樹立正確的奮斗目標(biāo),促進(jìn)中職學(xué)生個(gè)體的和諧發(fā)展,從而帶動(dòng)中職學(xué)校整體校園文化的健康發(fā)展,對中職學(xué)生精神家園的構(gòu)建有重要意義。中職學(xué)生在積極參與社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的過程中領(lǐng)悟自己、發(fā)現(xiàn)知識(shí)、完善品格,對自身綜合素質(zhì)的提高和知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的完善起著重要的作用。相對中職教育立足于專業(yè)的模塊式教學(xué)特點(diǎn),中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)作為從業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐的載體,是中職學(xué)校課堂教育的重要補(bǔ)充。 本文通過設(shè)計(jì)問卷對長沙市三所中職學(xué)校共1000名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,針對被調(diào)查者“基本情況”、“對社團(tuán)的態(tài)度”和“參加學(xué)生社團(tuán)的情況”三個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)題目,調(diào)查結(jié)果反映出中職學(xué)校對學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)重要作用的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)的管理和指導(dǎo)者對學(xué)生工作缺乏熱情、不精通學(xué)生社團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)、缺乏管理學(xué)生社團(tuán)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),,中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)之間的水平、規(guī)模參差不齊等原因,導(dǎo)致中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)存在機(jī)會(huì)分配不均、缺乏學(xué)習(xí)性、管理混亂、創(chuàng)新力與發(fā)展力不足的問題。改善中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀,中職學(xué)校應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生社團(tuán)的管理和指導(dǎo),為中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)提供資金和政策支持;加強(qiáng)師資力量,提高專業(yè)指導(dǎo)老師的素質(zhì);拓展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育渠道,培養(yǎng)中職學(xué)生的職業(yè)特長,注重校園文化氛圍的建設(shè)。中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理者應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)生社團(tuán)內(nèi)部管理,健全各項(xiàng)規(guī)章管理制度;建立良好的公選機(jī)制。中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)應(yīng)明確學(xué)生社團(tuán)的目標(biāo)群,定位穩(wěn)定;注重學(xué)習(xí)性、實(shí)踐性、競技性,迎合中職學(xué)生提高自身能力的需求。對于外部協(xié)調(diào)來說,要有效利用中職學(xué)生社團(tuán)資源,充分發(fā)揮外部管理體系的監(jiān)督職能,讓學(xué)生社團(tuán)的發(fā)展向著提高學(xué)生社團(tuán)質(zhì)量這一方向積極發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The secondary vocational school student association refers to the student mass organization organized by the students spontaneously and independently in order to cultivate the students' comprehensive quality, enrich the students' after-school life and promote the excellent school spirit and style of study with the approval and registration of the school. It is an important carrier of campus culture. The members of the secondary vocational school student association are all composed of secondary vocational students, which are very professional and practical. The diversity of community activities and the richness of knowledge of secondary vocational school students can guide secondary vocational students to set up correct goals, promote the harmonious development of individual secondary vocational school students, and thus promote the healthy development of the overall campus culture of secondary vocational schools. It is of great significance to the construction of spiritual home for secondary vocational school students. In the process of actively participating in community activities, secondary vocational school students understand themselves, discover knowledge, perfect character, and play an important role in the improvement of their comprehensive quality and the improvement of knowledge structure. Compared with the modular teaching characteristics of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational school student associations, as the carrier of practice and entrepreneurial practice, are an important supplement to classroom education in secondary vocational schools. In this paper, a total of 1000 students from three secondary vocational schools in Changsha were investigated by a questionnaire. The subjects were designed from three aspects: "basic situation", "attitude towards the association" and "participation in the student association". The results of the survey show that the secondary vocational schools do not have enough understanding of the important role of student association activities, the management and guidance of secondary vocational school student associations lack of enthusiasm for students' work, are not proficient in student association business, and lack of experience in managing student associations. The level and scale of secondary vocational student associations are uneven, which leads to the problems of uneven distribution of opportunities, lack of learning, chaotic management, insufficient innovation and development. To improve the present situation of secondary vocational student associations, secondary vocational schools should strengthen the management and guidance of student associations, provide financial and policy support for the construction of secondary vocational student associations, strengthen the strength of teachers and improve the quality of professional guidance teachers. Expand vocational and technical education channels, cultivate vocational expertise of secondary vocational school students, pay attention to the construction of campus cultural atmosphere. The managers of secondary vocational student associations should strengthen the internal management of student associations, improve the management system of rules and regulations, and establish a good public election mechanism. The activities of secondary vocational school students' associations should be clear and stable, and pay attention to learning, practicality and competition, so as to meet the needs of secondary vocational students to improve their abilities. For external coordination, it is necessary to make effective use of the resources of secondary vocational student associations, give full play to the supervision function of the external management system, and make the development of student associations develop actively in the direction of improving the quality of student associations.
