【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國高職院校面臨普通高中生源數(shù)量持續(xù)下降、院校數(shù)量持續(xù)增加、部分本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型、招生辦法逐漸放開等挑戰(zhàn),辦學(xué)角色由主導(dǎo)選擇向應(yīng)對選擇轉(zhuǎn)變,生存空間由單極競爭向多元競爭轉(zhuǎn)變。對此,高職院校要走內(nèi)涵發(fā)展之路,契合產(chǎn)業(yè)需求,加強(qiáng)專業(yè)建設(shè),提升區(qū)域內(nèi)的專業(yè)影響力;契合專業(yè)特點(diǎn),改革培養(yǎng)模式,提升區(qū)域內(nèi)的就業(yè)占有率;契合技術(shù)一線,加強(qiáng)師資培訓(xùn),提升區(qū)域內(nèi)的社會服務(wù)力;契合現(xiàn)代特征,集成傳統(tǒng)資源,提升區(qū)域內(nèi)的品牌輻射力。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational colleges in China are faced with the challenges of decreasing the number of students from ordinary high schools, increasing the number of colleges and universities, transforming some undergraduate colleges and universities, and gradually opening up enrollment methods, and changing the role of running a school from a dominant choice to a coping choice. The living space changes from unipolar competition to pluralistic competition. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should take the road of connotation development, meet the needs of industry, strengthen the construction of specialty, promote the influence of specialty in the region, fit the characteristics of specialty, reform the training mode, and promote the occupation rate of employment in the region. Fit the technical line, strengthen the teacher training, enhance the social service ability in the region; fit the modern characteristics, integrate the traditional resources, enhance the brand radiation power in the region.
