中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)家頒發(fā)的《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》里提出:各中等職業(yè)學(xué)校要重視德育工作,要把德育工作放在教育的首位,把德育工作全面融入到日常教學(xué)中去,使其能夠更好地滲透到學(xué)生管理、學(xué)生生活以及學(xué)校課堂教學(xué)的整個(gè)過(guò)程中。以此來(lái)形成一個(gè)最系統(tǒng)的德育工作體系,進(jìn)而豐富和完善德育工作的內(nèi)容和方式,形成創(chuàng)新的德育工作方式,不斷提高德育工作的水平。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法來(lái)對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,并以某中等職業(yè)學(xué)校作為德育工作的試點(diǎn)單位來(lái)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性的探索。實(shí)際調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,德育工作中存在著德育課程的內(nèi)容設(shè)置合理性和實(shí)踐性都不夠;中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師對(duì)德育工作不夠重視;德育工作工作內(nèi)容與學(xué)生實(shí)際脫節(jié);德育活動(dòng)開展整體不夠理想;德育評(píng)價(jià)方式簡(jiǎn)單,沒(méi)有形成系統(tǒng)化的德育評(píng)價(jià)體系等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題的存在對(duì)于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作的發(fā)展具有一定障礙,為此我們進(jìn)行深入研究。究其原因是對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作特點(diǎn)掌握不到位;中等職業(yè)學(xué)校行動(dòng)體系設(shè)計(jì)的不完善;學(xué)生自身綜合素質(zhì)等因素造成的。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題及因素,提出豐富課堂教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)內(nèi)容;提升教師的綜合能力以最大限度發(fā)揮其潛能;根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際選擇多樣化的德育內(nèi)容;在法制環(huán)境下大力開展德育活動(dòng);建立系統(tǒng)化的德育工作機(jī)制和健全的德育工作評(píng)價(jià)體系等對(duì)策,最終使學(xué)生能夠從德育工作中學(xué)到更多有用知識(shí),為將來(lái)步入社會(huì)打下扎實(shí)的根基。作為一所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,要想得到眾多學(xué)生以及家長(zhǎng)們的一致認(rèn)可,與學(xué)校的德育工作有很大的關(guān)系,良好的德育工作和德育環(huán)境才能讓學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)提高,畢業(yè)后受到用人單位的好評(píng),這樣才會(huì)給學(xué)校帶來(lái)很好的名聲,更加有利于學(xué)生和學(xué)校今后的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan issued by the State, it is proposed that all secondary vocational schools should attach importance to moral education work, put moral education work first in education, and integrate moral education work into daily teaching in an all-round way. So that it can better permeate the whole process of student management, student life and school classroom teaching. So as to form a most systematic moral education work system, and then enrich and perfect the content and way of moral education work, form innovative moral education work mode, and constantly improve the level of moral education work. In this study, the present situation and problems of moral education in secondary vocational schools were investigated by means of literature and questionnaire, and a practical exploration was carried out by taking a secondary vocational school as a pilot unit of moral education. The results of practical investigation show that there are not enough rationality and practicality of moral education curriculum in moral education, teachers in secondary vocational schools do not pay enough attention to moral education, moral education content is out of line with students' reality, and teachers in secondary vocational schools do not pay enough attention to moral education. The whole development of moral education activities is not ideal; The evaluation mode of moral education is simple and there is no systematic evaluation system of moral education. The existence of these problems has some obstacles to the development of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The reason is that the characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools are not mastered; the design of action system of secondary vocational schools is not perfect; the comprehensive quality of students themselves is caused by such factors as the incomplete design of the action system of secondary vocational schools. In view of the above problems and factors, this paper proposes to enrich classroom teaching mode and teaching content, to promote teachers' comprehensive ability to maximize their potential, to choose diversified moral education content according to students' actual situation, and to improve teachers' comprehensive ability to maximize their potential. Under the environment of legal system, moral education should be carried out vigorously; The establishment of a systematic moral education work mechanism and a sound moral education work evaluation system and other countermeasures will eventually enable students to learn more useful knowledge from the moral education work and lay a solid foundation for entering the society in the future. As a secondary vocational school, in order to get the unanimous recognition of many students and parents, and have a great relationship with the moral education work of the school, a good moral education work and moral education environment can improve the overall quality of the students. After graduation by employers, this will bring a good reputation to the school, more conducive to students and the future development of the school.
