【摘要】：國際化已成為高職教育發(fā)展的重要趨勢,也是當(dāng)前改革的重要內(nèi)容之一。高職教育國際化包括"引入"與"輸出"兩個(gè)方面,理念、組織、活動(dòng)三個(gè)層次。對當(dāng)前我國百所國家示范性高職院校國際化辦學(xué)情況的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),國際化的辦學(xué)理念、專門的國際化管理機(jī)構(gòu)、多樣的國際化辦學(xué)活動(dòng)等已經(jīng)被普遍重視。但高職院校國際化發(fā)展依然存在諸多問題,如學(xué)校層面的國際化制度規(guī)范建設(shè),國際化的受益面,與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的適切性,以及教育輸出等方面仍有待加強(qiáng)。因此,為提升我國高職教育國際化辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,應(yīng)發(fā)揮政府與院校兩個(gè)主體的作用,并在質(zhì)量保障,走出去辦學(xué)等方面進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)改革。
[Abstract]:Internationalization has become an important trend in the development of higher vocational education, and it is also one of the important contents of the current reform. The internationalization of higher vocational education includes two aspects: introduction and output, idea, organization and activity. The investigation of the internationalization of the national exemplary higher vocational colleges in China shows that the idea of internationalization, the specialized international management institutions, and the various activities of international education have been paid more and more attention. However, there are still many problems in the internationalization development of higher vocational colleges, such as the construction of internationalization system at school level, the benefit of internationalization, the appropriateness of regional economic development, and the export of education and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the international quality of higher vocational education in China, we should give full play to the role of the government and colleges and universities, and carry out key reforms in the aspects of quality guarantee, going out to run schools and so on.
