現(xiàn)代學徒制視閾下工匠精神的培育

【摘要】:工匠精神內涵是職業(yè)素養(yǎng),表現(xiàn)在從業(yè)人員對品質的追求。在經(jīng)濟轉型中,國家為了培育高素質高技能人才開始了現(xiàn)代學徒制的試點。追蹤溯源,工匠精神和現(xiàn)代學徒制存在著密切聯(lián)系,通過現(xiàn)代學徒制中規(guī)范的制度、"雙師型"教師的影響、校企文化的融合的有效方式來塑造工匠精神,培育具有工匠精神的人才,促進中國經(jīng)濟轉型。
[Abstract]:Craftsman spirit connotation is professional accomplishment, performance in the pursuit of quality of employees. In the process of economic transformation, in order to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents, the state began the pilot of modern apprenticeship system. Tracing the origin, the craftsman spirit and the modern apprenticeship system have close connection, through the modern apprenticeship system normative system, the "double-master" teacher's influence, the school-enterprise culture fusion effective way to shape the craftsman spirit, Cultivate craftsman spirit of talent, promote China's economic transformation.
