【摘要】：目前，我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育已被列為重要的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之一。雖然中等職業(yè)教育在我國(guó)已經(jīng)發(fā)展了二十多年，但在人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天，目前的就業(yè)形勢(shì)對(duì)于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生而言是非常嚴(yán)峻的。為了解決中職生低學(xué)歷以及“結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)”給他們就業(yè)所帶來(lái)的困擾，學(xué)校幫助中職生正確擇業(yè)、順利就業(yè)、積極創(chuàng)業(yè)，使他們樹(shù)立正確的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀，更好地了解自身，了解自己未來(lái)所要從事職業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，做好人生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃，，使自己的個(gè)人價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值相統(tǒng)一。所以，對(duì)中職生進(jìn)行職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 本文對(duì)中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀以及相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了理論界定，在剖析了中職生的基本概念與特征以及中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分析，找出中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀存在的問(wèn)題。另外，就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀作為職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的一種外在表現(xiàn)，也反映出中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀存在的問(wèn)題。反映出來(lái)的中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的問(wèn)題主要是中職生職業(yè)理想隨意，職業(yè)選擇盲目，職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃缺乏。解決上述問(wèn)題的途徑主要是結(jié)合職業(yè)學(xué)校特點(diǎn)，對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育；利用德育課堂優(yōu)勢(shì)，培養(yǎng)中職生職業(yè)意識(shí)；針對(duì)學(xué)生不同學(xué)習(xí)階段，進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育以及通過(guò)心理輔導(dǎo)，克服中職生的不良心理和情緒。
[Abstract]:At present, vocational education in China has been listed as one of the important development strategies. Although secondary vocational education has been developed for more than 20 years in our country, the current employment situation is very severe for the students of secondary vocational schools. In order to solve the problems caused by the low academic qualifications of secondary vocational school students and the "structural unemployment", the school helps the secondary vocational school students to choose a job correctly, get a smooth job, actively start a business, so that they can set up correct professional values and better understand themselves. To understand the characteristics of their future career, make a good career planning, make their own personal value and social value. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out vocational value education for secondary vocational students. Based on the analysis of the basic concepts and characteristics of vocational school students and the characteristics of vocational values of secondary vocational students, this paper makes a questionnaire analysis on the vocational values of secondary vocational school students and related problems. Find out the problems existing in vocational values of secondary vocational school students. In addition, the present situation of employment as an external expression of vocational values also reflects the problems of vocational values of secondary vocational students. The problems reflected in the vocational values of secondary vocational students are that vocational ideal of secondary vocational students is arbitrary, the choice of occupation is blind, and the career planning is lacking. The main ways to solve the above problems are to carry out vocational value education for students in combination with the characteristics of vocational schools, to cultivate vocational consciousness of secondary vocational students by using the advantages of moral education classroom. In view of the students' different learning stages, we should carry out career planning education and overcome the bad psychology and emotion of the secondary vocational students through psychological counseling.
