基于場動力學的高職院校教師領導力生成機制研究

【摘要】:教師領導力是影響高職院校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和職業(yè)成長的重要因素,對于高職院校的課程教學、學校管理、人才培養(yǎng)、科研活動等具有重要意義。但是學術界對高職院校教師領導力問題關注甚少,很少有學者從勒溫場動力理論出發(fā)研究高職院校教師領導力問題,這些影響了高職教師領導力培養(yǎng)和生成。本文以勒溫場動力理論為理論依據(jù),運用場動力公式和場動力模型分析了高職教師領導力生成的動力因素,探究了高職教師領導力生成機制的建設路徑。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership is an important factor affecting the professional development and professional growth of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to curriculum teaching, school management, talent training and scientific research activities in higher vocational colleges. However, the academic circles pay little attention to the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges, and few scholars study the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges from the theory of dynamic theory of temperature field, which affects the cultivation and generation of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges. Based on the theory of temperature field dynamics, this paper analyzes the dynamic factors of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation by using field dynamic formula and field dynamic model, and probes into the construction path of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation mechanism.
