【摘要】：現代學徒制是傳統(tǒng)學徒制與班級授課制優(yōu)勢互補的結晶,是職業(yè)教育由規(guī)模發(fā)展向內涵發(fā)展轉變的產物。現代學徒制作為一種技術技能型人才培養(yǎng)模式,具有"育人"的本性,"學"依然是現代學徒制的根本,"以學為本"成為現代學徒制的生長點;現代學徒制創(chuàng)設了工匠培養(yǎng)的"形"與"神","工匠精神"成為現代學徒制的切入點;"師承模式"作為現代學徒制的表征、工匠精神的載體和人才培養(yǎng)質量的保障,是實踐現代學徒制的落腳點。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is the crystallization of the complementary advantages of the traditional apprenticeship system and the class teaching system. It is the result of the transition from the scale development to the connotation development of vocational education. Modern apprenticeship production is a kind of training mode of technical talents with the nature of "educating people", "learning" is still the foundation of modern apprenticeship system, "learning-oriented" has become the growing point of modern apprenticeship system; The modern apprenticeship system has created the "form" and "god" of artisans' cultivation, and "artisan spirit" has become the breakthrough point of modern apprenticeship system. As the representation of modern apprenticeship system, the carrier of craftsman's spirit and the guarantee of talent training quality, the mode of teacher's inheritance is the foothold of practicing modern apprenticeship system.
