基于師徒關系視角的現(xiàn)代學徒制思考——以廚師學徒制為例

【摘要】:師徒關系是學徒制的要素,現(xiàn)代學徒制不能簡單等同于傳統(tǒng)學徒制與學校教育的結(jié)合。以廚師學徒制為例,基于師徒關系視角,傳統(tǒng)師徒關系與現(xiàn)代師徒關系在關系性質(zhì)、合同方式、傳授內(nèi)容等方面有著不同。應挑選符合條件的企業(yè)開展現(xiàn)代學徒制試點工作,揚棄傳統(tǒng)學徒制中的師徒關系,遴選符合要求的師傅帶徒,創(chuàng)新以師帶徒機制,使師傅成為學生的企業(yè)"教師",形成類似于教師與學生的新型師徒關系,建立有中國特色的現(xiàn)代學徒制。
[Abstract]:The relationship between apprenticeship and apprenticeship is the element of apprenticeship, and modern apprenticeship cannot be equated with the combination of traditional apprenticeship and school education. Taking the apprenticeship system of cooks as an example, based on the view of the relationship between teacher and apprentice, the relationship between traditional teacher and apprentice is different from that of modern teacher and disciple in the nature of relationship, the way of contract, the content of teaching and so on. We should select qualified enterprises to carry out the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship system, sublate the relationship between teachers and apprentices in the traditional apprenticeship system, select qualified masters and apprentices, innovate the mechanism of using teachers to guide apprentices, and make masters become "teachers" of students' enterprises. To form a new relationship between teachers and students and establish a modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
