【摘要】：供給側(cè)改革戰(zhàn)略的提出對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和高職學生就業(yè)能力提出了更高的要求。文章在分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟與高職學生就業(yè)能力關系的基礎上,總結了當前高職學生就業(yè)能力與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟對接中存在的問題,并在實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)教深度融合、提升學生專業(yè)發(fā)展能力、加強職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)、提高學生社會適應能力四方面提出了相應的舉措,以期為高職院校培養(yǎng)適銷對路的畢業(yè)生提供參考。
[Abstract]:The strategy of supply-side reform puts forward higher requirements for regional economy and higher vocational students' employability. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the regional economy and the employability of higher vocational students, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the docking between the employment ability of the students in higher vocational colleges and the regional economy, and promotes the students' professional development ability by realizing the deep integration of production and teaching. In order to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate marketable graduates, this paper puts forward corresponding measures in four aspects: strengthening vocational consciousness and improving students' ability to adapt to society.
