職業(yè)教育校企合作多元治理理念與策略探究——基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的視角

【摘要】:"中國(guó)制造2025"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)與跨界融合發(fā)展對(duì)人才素質(zhì)提出了新的要求。為此必須借鑒互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維驅(qū)動(dòng),創(chuàng)新校企合作,運(yùn)用跨界思維,促進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)融合;運(yùn)用社會(huì)化思維,重塑校企協(xié)作平臺(tái);運(yùn)用用戶思維,對(duì)接行業(yè)企業(yè)需求。校企合作的新態(tài)勢(shì)為參與主體提供了多元共治內(nèi)生動(dòng)力的同時(shí),也更進(jìn)一步彰顯了多元共治的價(jià)值取向。為實(shí)現(xiàn)校企合作多元共治的目標(biāo),應(yīng)著力重塑政府角色定位,轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能;發(fā)揮行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)作用,為校企合作提供平臺(tái);推動(dòng)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)參與,使校企由"合作"走向"融合";職業(yè)院校以理念變革為基礎(chǔ),提升人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)適力。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the "made in China 2025" strategy and the arrival of the era of Internet economy, the industrial transformation and upgrading and the development of cross-border integration have put forward new requirements for the quality of talents. Therefore, it is necessary to learn from the Internet thinking drive, innovate the cooperation between schools and enterprises, use cross-border thinking to promote the integration of talent training, use socialized thinking, reshape the cooperation platform of schools and enterprises, and use user thinking to meet the needs of enterprises in the industry. The new situation of cooperation between school and enterprise not only provides the main body with endogenous power of multiple co-governance, but also further highlights the value orientation of pluralistic co-governance. In order to realize the goal of cooperation between school and enterprise, we should remodel the role of government, change government function, give play to the role of trade association, provide the platform for cooperation between school and enterprise, promote the leading participation of enterprise, and make the school and enterprise move from "cooperation" to "integration". Vocational colleges and universities based on the concept of change, improve the internal ability of talent training.
