【摘要】：高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師承擔(dān)著高職院校公共英語(yǔ)的主要課程和科研工作,是我國(guó)教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分。為實(shí)現(xiàn)教育教學(xué)目標(biāo),各學(xué)校應(yīng)該通過各種途徑提高教師的素質(zhì),幫助教師在專業(yè)發(fā)展上取得進(jìn)步。但是,長(zhǎng)期以來,高職院校公共課師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)沒有引起足夠的重視,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏系統(tǒng)研究,尤其是公共英語(yǔ)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展幾近“邊緣化”。高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展迫在眉睫。為了解高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,梳理影響高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的原因,本研究以廣西區(qū)內(nèi)270名高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,從教師的基本情況、對(duì)公共英語(yǔ)課程的態(tài)度、具備其他學(xué)科知識(shí)的情況、職業(yè)發(fā)展問題等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查。并選取了2所具有代表性的高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)人作為訪談對(duì)象,了解他們對(duì)公共英語(yǔ)教師團(tuán)隊(duì)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展規(guī)劃的看法,發(fā)現(xiàn)高職公共英語(yǔ)教師在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展過程中,存在對(duì)未來職業(yè)發(fā)展定位不明確、轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的心理準(zhǔn)備不足、轉(zhuǎn)型方向不明確、缺乏來自學(xué)校的支持等困難。在調(diào)查訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師轉(zhuǎn)型的背景和趨勢(shì),本研究提出高職院校公共英語(yǔ)教師轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展策略,并認(rèn)為從個(gè)人層面確定轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展方向,從組織層面建構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展支持體系、從學(xué)校層面采用激勵(lì)型轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展評(píng)估指標(biāo)能有效推進(jìn)公共英語(yǔ)教師的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The public English teachers in higher vocational colleges undertake the main curriculum and scientific research work of public English in higher vocational colleges, which is an important part of the teaching staff in our country. In order to achieve the goal of education and teaching, schools should improve the quality of teachers and help teachers make progress in professional development through various ways. However, for a long time, the construction of the teaching staff of public courses in higher vocational colleges has not attracted enough attention, and the professional development of teachers lacks systematic research, especially the professional development of public English teachers is almost "marginalized". The transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges is urgent. In order to understand the present situation of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges and to sort out the reasons that affect the transformation and development of public English teachers in vocational colleges and universities, this study investigated 270 teachers of public English in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, from the basic situation of teachers. To investigate the attitude of public English course, knowledge of other subjects, career development problems and so on. In addition, the author chooses two representative leaders of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges as the interview objects to find out their views on the team of public English teachers, the current situation of their development, and the development plan. It is found that in the process of transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges there are some difficulties such as unclear orientation of future career development inadequate psychological preparation for transformation and unclear orientation of transformation and lack of support from schools. On the basis of the investigation and interview, combined with the background and trend of the transformation of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges, this study puts forward the strategies of transformation and development of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and points out that the direction of transformation and development should be determined from the individual level. It can effectively promote the transformation and development of public English teachers by constructing the support system of transition and development from the organizational level and adopting the evaluation index of incentive transition development at the school level.
