中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目教學(xué)是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校主流教學(xué)模式之一。在中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的改革中,項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的有效性究竟如何?項(xiàng)目教學(xué)是否高效?項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的有效性是否還有提升空間呢?究竟是哪些因素阻礙了項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的提高?提高項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的策略有哪些?如何來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)是否有效?是中職學(xué)校教學(xué)改革發(fā)展面臨且亟需研究解決的問(wèn)題。提升中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的有效性,是提高中職學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要保證。 本文從學(xué)校投入、教師教學(xué)、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)維度出發(fā),以教學(xué)效率、效果、效益為核心評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),尋求提升中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的策略,探究中職學(xué)校走出項(xiàng)目教學(xué)低效、無(wú)效的困境,使中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性最大化,為項(xiàng)目教學(xué)在中職學(xué)校大力推廣提供理論與實(shí)踐的參考價(jià)值,彌補(bǔ)中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性研究的空白。 論文由五部分組成。第一章是緒論,主要介紹論文研究的主題、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、研究?jī)r(jià)值等。第二章簡(jiǎn)述影響中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的因素,包括教師、學(xué)生、教學(xué)設(shè)備和教學(xué)資源等對(duì)中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的影響。第三章主要分析提升中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的策略,包括教學(xué)項(xiàng)目的選取與設(shè)計(jì)策略、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與興趣的激發(fā)策略、教學(xué)的準(zhǔn)備策略、學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)策略、教學(xué)組織與實(shí)施策略、教學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)與控制策略等。第四章提出了項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)有效性的宏觀評(píng)價(jià)、中觀評(píng)價(jià)和微觀評(píng)價(jià)模型與量表。第五章對(duì)中職學(xué)校項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的研究?jī)r(jià)值和研究展望提出了思考。
[Abstract]:Project teaching is one of the main teaching modes in secondary vocational schools. In the reform of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, what is the effectiveness of project teaching? Is project teaching efficient? Is there room for improvement in the effectiveness of project teaching? What are the factors that hinder the improvement of the effectiveness of project teaching? What are the strategies to improve the effectiveness of project teaching? How to evaluate the effectiveness of project teaching? It is a problem that the secondary vocational school teaching reform faces and needs to be solved. Improving the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools is an important guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools. Based on the three dimensions of school investment, teacher teaching and student learning, this paper, taking teaching efficiency, effect and benefit as the core evaluation index, seeks to improve the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, and probes into the inefficient teaching of secondary vocational schools out of projects. The dilemma of ineffectiveness maximizes the effectiveness of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, provides theoretical and practical reference value for the promotion of project teaching in secondary vocational schools, and makes up for the gaps in the research of project teaching effectiveness in secondary vocational schools. The paper consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research topic, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research method, the research value and so on. The second chapter briefly describes the factors that affect the teaching effectiveness of secondary vocational school projects, including teachers, students, teaching equipment and teaching resources. The third chapter mainly analyzes the strategies to improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational school projects, including the selection and design of teaching projects, motivation and interest of students' learning strategies, teaching preparation strategies, students' cooperative learning strategies. Teaching organization and implementation strategy, teaching evaluation and control strategy. The fourth chapter puts forward the evaluation criteria of project teaching effectiveness, including macro evaluation, meso evaluation and micro evaluation model and scale. The fifth chapter puts forward some thoughts on the research value and prospect of project teaching in secondary vocational schools.
