【摘要】：高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)的有效開展直接影響到對(duì)校園文化功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)、文化品位的形成以及高職院校的聲譽(yù)。項(xiàng)目化管理是一種科學(xué)的、綜合性的管理模式。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)管理,用項(xiàng)目化管理的理論和方法是提高校園文化活動(dòng)質(zhì)量的有效途徑,是提升大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè),促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化發(fā)展的需要。項(xiàng)目化管理能有效解決當(dāng)前高職院校在校園文化活動(dòng)建設(shè)方面的一些突出問題,為高職院校的發(fā)展孕育更好的文化土壤。隨著如今高職院校教育的飛速發(fā)展,對(duì)于高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)的管理也越來(lái)越成為全國(guó)乃至全世界的高校提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、個(gè)案法對(duì)項(xiàng)目化管理在高職院校中實(shí)施進(jìn)行了研究,本文得出的主要結(jié)論有①高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生自我價(jià)值發(fā)揮著重要作用,對(duì)創(chuàng)造院校品牌也產(chǎn)生著不可替代的影響。②高職院校在校園文化建設(shè)中沒有落到實(shí)處,注重形象工程。③高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)形式單一,缺乏創(chuàng)新性。④項(xiàng)目化管理在高職院校中實(shí)施具有可行性、必要性。本文通過(guò)對(duì)高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀的分析明確了校園文化活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目化管理的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵；通過(guò)尋求高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)和項(xiàng)目化管理的契合點(diǎn),闡述了校園文化活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目化管理的可行性；提出了對(duì)高職院校校園文化實(shí)施項(xiàng)目化管理的可行方法。靈活運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目化管理的方法、理念,給校園文化的組織管理添上了一對(duì)羽翼,幫助同學(xué)們樹立正確的人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀,優(yōu)化校園文化資源的最優(yōu)化配置,增強(qiáng)高職院校文化的底蘊(yùn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)高職院校校園文化活動(dòng)的分析研究,為項(xiàng)目化管理在高校的順利開展提供一些理論指導(dǎo),實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The effective development of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges has a direct impact on the realization of campus cultural functions, the formation of cultural taste and the reputation of higher vocational colleges. Project management is a scientific and comprehensive management model. To strengthen and improve the management of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges and to use the theory and method of project management is an effective way to improve the quality of campus cultural activities, to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students and to strengthen the construction of campus culture. The need to promote the development of socialist advanced culture. Project management can effectively solve some outstanding problems in the construction of campus cultural activities in the current higher vocational colleges, and give birth to better cultural soil for the development of higher vocational colleges. With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the management of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges has become a key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities all over the country and all over the world. This paper studies the implementation of project management in higher vocational colleges with the method of literature research and case study. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges play an important role in realizing students' self-worth. It also has an irreplaceable influence on the creation of brand names in colleges. (2) higher vocational colleges have not carried out the construction of campus culture and paid attention to image engineering. (3) the form of campus culture activities in higher vocational colleges is single. Lack of innovation. 4 the implementation of project management in higher vocational colleges is feasible and necessary. Through the analysis of the current situation of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges, this paper clarifies the essential connotation of the project management of campus cultural activities; This paper discusses the feasibility of the project management of campus cultural activities and puts forward the feasible methods of implementing the project management of campus culture in higher vocational colleges by seeking the fit points between the campus cultural activities and the project management in higher vocational colleges. The flexible use of project management methods and concepts has added a pair of wings to the organizational management of campus culture, helping students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values, and optimize the optimal allocation of campus cultural resources. Strengthen the culture of higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis and study of campus cultural activities in higher vocational colleges, this paper provides some theoretical guidance and practical basis for the smooth development of project management in colleges and universities.
