【摘要】：職業(yè)教育校企合作是一項(xiàng)涉及政府、社會(huì)、企業(yè)和學(xué)校的一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程。校企合作就是充分地將企業(yè)的資源融入到學(xué)校的教學(xué)之中，由學(xué)校和企業(yè)共同地培養(yǎng)具備高素質(zhì)技能的人才。校企合作是職業(yè)教育的一個(gè)基本特征，是國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)的主要模式。我國(guó)職業(yè)教育校企合作研究起步較晚，，現(xiàn)狀并不是很樂觀�？偟膩碚f就是在校企合作實(shí)施的過程中，出現(xiàn)了職業(yè)院校積極性較高，而企業(yè)的積極性卻不是很高。弄清楚此問題的根源所在，提出一些具有理論與實(shí)際意義的建議是亟待解決的問題。 本文通過對(duì)天津市中等職業(yè)教育開展校企合作實(shí)際情況的了解，總結(jié)出天津市校企合作所存在的問題：1.企業(yè)對(duì)校企合作的漠視；2.中職生在招聘的過程之中不受重視；3.學(xué)生德育與職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)偏低；4.中等職業(yè)院校受到高等職業(yè)院校的擠壓；5.中等職業(yè)院校教學(xué)中存在一些問題。天津市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校開展校企合作的主要模式有：工學(xué)交替、二加一、訂單式和集團(tuán)辦學(xué)等四種模式，這些模式都體現(xiàn)出了一些共同的特征。 針對(duì)以上所提出的問題，從政府、企業(yè)和學(xué)校三個(gè)方面分別給出了校企合作發(fā)展的建議： 在政府層面：1．政府完善相關(guān)的政策體系，增強(qiáng)在合作中的指導(dǎo)作用；2．為校企合作平臺(tái)的建立創(chuàng)造積極的條件；3．進(jìn)一步加大校企合作的資金投入；4．進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)校企合作的宣傳。 在學(xué)校層面：1．中等職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)設(shè)置與師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)；2．學(xué)校應(yīng)該與企業(yè)共建校內(nèi)外實(shí)習(xí)基地；3．中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。 在企業(yè)層面：1．企業(yè)要參與中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的教學(xué)；2．企業(yè)與學(xué)校聯(lián)合建立實(shí)習(xí)基地；3．企業(yè)應(yīng)該下訂單解決就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is a complex systematic project involving government, society, enterprises and schools. The cooperation of school and enterprise is to integrate the resources of the enterprise into the teaching of the school, and to train the talents with high quality and skill together by the school and the enterprise. School-enterprise cooperation is a basic feature of vocational education and the main mode of running vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad. The research of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China started late, the present situation is not very optimistic. Generally speaking, in the process of implementing the cooperation between school and enterprise, the enthusiasm of vocational colleges is high, but the enthusiasm of enterprises is not very high. It is urgent to find out the root of the problem and put forward some theoretical and practical suggestions. Based on the understanding of the actual situation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary vocational education in Tianjin, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Tianjin: 1. Enterprises ignore the cooperation between schools and enterprises; 2. Secondary vocational students in the recruitment process is not taken seriously; 3. The moral education and professional ethics of students are on the low side; 4. Secondary vocational colleges and universities are squeezed by higher vocational colleges; There are some problems in the teaching of secondary vocational colleges. The main modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin are as follows: alternating work and learning, two plus one, ordering and group running, all of which embody some common characteristics. In view of the above questions, the author gives some suggestions on the development of cooperation between school and enterprise from three aspects of government, enterprise and school: 1.The government consummates the relevant policy system and strengthens the guiding role in the cooperation; 2. To create positive conditions for the establishment of the cooperation platform for schools and enterprises; 3. To further increase the investment of funds for cooperation between schools and enterprises; 4. To further strengthen the publicity of cooperation between schools and enterprises. At the school level: 1. The secondary vocational school specialized establishment and the teacher troop construction; 2. The school should work with the enterprise to build the school inside and outside the practice base; 3. The secondary vocational school teaching way transformation, enhances the teaching quality. At the enterprise level: 1. Enterprises should participate in the teaching of secondary vocational schools; 2. Enterprises and schools should establish joint practice base; 3. Enterprises should place orders to solve employment.
