【摘要】：職業(yè)院校教師到企業(yè)實(shí)踐,不僅能提升其專業(yè)教學(xué)水平和實(shí)踐操作技能,而且能為企業(yè)、學(xué)校和學(xué)生帶來諸多益處。但由于相關(guān)機(jī)制尚不健全,校企合作尚不深入,以致職業(yè)院校教師到企業(yè)實(shí)踐在實(shí)際操作上仍然面臨著一些困難與問題。鑒于此,政府及教育主管部門、學(xué)校、企業(yè)、教師均需根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況針對(duì)實(shí)踐事項(xiàng)做出進(jìn)一步的協(xié)調(diào)與改進(jìn),為教師到企業(yè)實(shí)踐取得實(shí)效創(chuàng)造有利條件,以實(shí)現(xiàn)多方共贏。
[Abstract]:The practice of teachers in vocational colleges and universities can not only improve their professional teaching level and practical operation skills, but also bring many benefits to enterprises, schools and students. However, because the relevant mechanism is not perfect and the cooperation between school and enterprise is not deep, there are still some difficulties and problems in the practical operation of teachers in vocational colleges and universities. In view of this, the government, the education department, the school, the enterprise, the teacher all need to make the further coordination and the improvement according to their own actual situation to the practice matter, creates the advantageous condition for the teacher to the enterprise practice to obtain the actual effect, in order to realize the multi-party win-win situation.
