【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的一種類型,其主要功能是為行業(yè)企業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供高素質(zhì)的技術(shù)技能人才。然而縱觀我國自1999年開始大規(guī)模舉辦高等職業(yè)教育的近20年來,數(shù)以千萬計的高職畢業(yè)生流向社會后,給用人單位留下了高職畢業(yè)生量大質(zhì)低的不良印象。課題組研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高職院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不高跟國家政策、院校治理能力、辦學(xué)經(jīng)費、教學(xué)儀器數(shù)量等有關(guān),但主要原因還在于教師隊伍技術(shù)技能水平。如何提高教師自身的素質(zhì)和能力應(yīng)成為辦學(xué)者最為緊迫的任務(wù),而行業(yè)企業(yè)職工與高職院校教師跨界進(jìn)行短期"雙向流動",無疑是一種較好的策略,同時也對提高高職院校的人才培養(yǎng)水平有很大的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:As a type of higher education, the main function of higher vocational education is to provide high quality technical talents for industry, enterprise and economic and social development. However, over the past 20 years since the large-scale organization of higher vocational education in our country in 1999, tens of millions of higher vocational graduates have left a bad impression on employers of large quantity of graduates and low quality. The research group found that the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is not related to the national policy, the ability of university governance, the funds for running a school, the number of teaching instruments, etc., but the main reason lies in the technical skill level of the teachers. How to improve the teachers' quality and ability should become the most urgent task for the scholars. However, it is undoubtedly a better strategy to carry out the short-term "two-way flow" between the employees of enterprises and the teachers of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it also promotes the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
