【摘要】：如何深化產(chǎn)教融合,構(gòu)建校企協(xié)同育人體制機制,建成開放共享、輻射影響范圍廣、具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的實訓(xùn)平臺,是高職院校發(fā)展面臨的重要課題。校企深度合作,共建共管共享能夠集教學、研發(fā)、技術(shù)服務(wù)、技能鑒定和社會培訓(xùn)為一體的產(chǎn)教融合土建類專業(yè)實訓(xùn)平臺,既能提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,又能推動建筑企業(yè)的技術(shù)進步和適應(yīng)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,對加快高職土建類專業(yè)的建設(shè)改革與發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:How to deepen the integration of production and education, build a cooperative education system mechanism, open and share, radiation has a wide range of impact, with the ability of sustainable development of practical training platform, is an important subject facing the development of higher vocational colleges. Deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, co-management and sharing can set teaching, research and development, technical services, skills appraisal and social training as one of the integration of civil engineering professional training platform, can improve the quality of talent training, It can also promote the technical progress of the construction enterprises and adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. It is of great significance to accelerate the construction reform and development of the civil engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges.
