我國高職建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)校企合作實(shí)踐的研究

【摘要】:目前,我國正在步入城市化加速發(fā)展階段,社會對工程建設(shè)服務(wù)的需求旺盛,對建筑工程人才的需求增大。高職建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)用型技能人才變得緊俏。校企合作是高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的基本途徑。 本論文從校企合作的內(nèi)涵和必要性研究入手,介紹我國高職院校建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)的教育概況,在威斯康星思想、產(chǎn)學(xué)合作論、效能理論、系統(tǒng)論等校企合作理論依據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒德國、美國、英國、澳大利亞等發(fā)達(dá)國家校企合作、工學(xué)交替的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),以我國高職建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)校企合作的運(yùn)行機(jī)制為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從辦學(xué)模式、課程設(shè)置、師資建設(shè)、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地等四個(gè)方面分析現(xiàn)階段我國高職建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)校企合作教育的應(yīng)用與實(shí)踐。 本論文以浙江建設(shè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院校企合作為案例說明校企合作產(chǎn)生的合作成效,從校企合作的投入、過程、產(chǎn)出三個(gè)方面對校企合作的成效進(jìn)行評估。影響校企合作的因素分為外部環(huán)境影響因素和內(nèi)部機(jī)制影響因素。外部環(huán)境主要是政府部門制定的相關(guān)政策;內(nèi)部機(jī)制包括驅(qū)動機(jī)制、溝通機(jī)制和分配機(jī)制等。通過形成多方利益共同體、完善政府保障體系、成立監(jiān)督管理組織、共同開發(fā)專業(yè)課程、建立“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍和建立科技實(shí)訓(xùn)基地等六條有效途徑可以發(fā)展與提升我國高職建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)的校企合作成效。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is stepping into the accelerated development stage of urbanization. The demand for engineering construction services is exuberant, and the demand for construction engineering talents is increasing. The applied skilled personnel trained in the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges become more and more popular. The cooperation between school and enterprise is the basic way to cultivate talents in higher vocational education. Starting with the research on the connotation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper introduces the general situation of education of architectural engineering and technology major in higher vocational colleges in our country, the theory of cooperation in Wisconsin, the theory of cooperation between industry and school, and the theory of efficiency. On the basis of the system theory and other theories of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in developed countries such as Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, etc., Starting from the operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in construction engineering and technology major in higher vocational education in our country, from the mode of running a school, the curriculum design, the construction of teachers, This paper analyzes the application and practice of school-enterprise cooperation education in construction engineering and technology major of higher vocational education in our country. This paper takes the cooperation between school and enterprise of Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College as a case to illustrate the effect of cooperation between school and enterprise, and evaluates the effectiveness of cooperation from three aspects: input, process and output of cooperation between school and enterprise. The factors that affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises are divided into external environmental factors and internal mechanism factors. The external environment is mainly made by the government, and the internal mechanism includes driving mechanism, communication mechanism and distribution mechanism. Through the formation of a multi-interest community, the improvement of the government security system, the establishment of supervision and management organizations, and the joint development of specialized courses, There are six effective ways to develop and promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in the construction engineering and technology major of higher vocational education in our country, such as establishing "double qualified" teachers and establishing scientific and technological training base.
