【摘要】：厘清現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的構(gòu)成要素,是推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作的基礎(chǔ)和前提。職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)中的"現(xiàn)代性"突出表現(xiàn)在:功能目的上,由重生產(chǎn)性到重教育性;教育內(nèi)涵上,由狹隘到廣泛;制度建構(gòu)上,由分散化到制度化;師徒體系上,由物態(tài)化到生態(tài)化。加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)的長效機(jī)制構(gòu)建,應(yīng)著力于完善現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的政策引導(dǎo)機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化政府的支持和指導(dǎo);構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制校企協(xié)同育人機(jī)制,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)教深度融合;建立基于互惠共贏的利益保障和驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制,提升校企合作深度;建立多元評價(jià)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)對學(xué)生考核評價(jià)的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:To clarify the elements of modern apprenticeship system is the basis and premise of promoting the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education. The "modernity" in the experiment of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education is manifested in the following aspects: functional purpose, from emphasis on production to emphasis on education; on the connotation of education, from narrow to extensive; on system construction, from decentralization to institutionalization; on the system of teacher and apprentice, From physical state to ecological. To strengthen the long-term mechanism construction of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education, we should focus on perfecting the policy guiding mechanism of modern apprenticeship system, strengthening the support and guidance of the government, constructing the cooperative education mechanism of modern apprenticeship system between schools and enterprises, and promoting the deep integration of production and teaching. To establish the benefit protection and drive mechanism based on mutual benefit and win-win, to enhance the depth of cooperation between school and enterprise, to establish multiple evaluation mechanism, to realize the scientific and standardized assessment of students.
