基于德國“雙元制”的高等職業(yè)教育校企合作研究

【摘要】:在我國,高等職業(yè)教育可以說是隨著80年代初期全國各地(尤其是一些中型城市)短期職業(yè)大學(xué)的興起而興起的。直到20世紀末,各高等職業(yè)教育院校引入“一年三學(xué)期,工學(xué)交替”的校企合作,標志著我國高等職業(yè)教育觀念的與時俱進與實踐的逐漸成熟,也標志著我國高等職業(yè)教育走向有中國特色的高等職業(yè)教育道路?梢哉f,校企合作在高等職業(yè)教育院校的發(fā)展中取得了一定的成果,其優(yōu)勢也在社會中有所體現(xiàn),對人才培養(yǎng)與市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到積極作用。然而目前校企合作仍處于探索階段,存在著一定的困難與問題:包括我國校企合作管理主體的責(zé)、權(quán)、利劃分不清,職業(yè)教育校企共同主導(dǎo)的合作法律規(guī)章制度還沒有規(guī)范地建立起來,也沒有第三方能夠協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)校與企業(yè)之間的合作。高等職業(yè)教育校企合作缺乏專門性法規(guī),經(jīng)費籌措問題,社會、高職院校、企業(yè)對高職校企合作缺乏足夠的重視等等。本研究采用文獻法,以帶著疑問的方式,在從書籍、學(xué)術(shù)期刊、學(xué)術(shù)研究報告等渠道收集整理相關(guān)文獻的過程中,了解了德國“雙元制”職教模式、我國高等職業(yè)教育校企合作現(xiàn)狀的研究狀況,認識到已有研究的不足和有待商榷之處。并且用比較分析法,在不同的角度上對中德兩國校企合作進行比較分析,尋求一些解決我國校企合作問題的對策。同時,通過調(diào)查研究法加深了解我國目前校企合作的實況。本文共分為四章,緒論主要針對選題背景、研究意義、研究方法及目前國內(nèi)外研究情況進行闡述。第一章主要針對核心概念的界定及校企合作的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章從世界校企合作的優(yōu)秀典范--德國“雙元制”找出對我國的啟示。第三章主要對我國目前校企合作的實際情況進行研究,找出其存在的問題與困難。最后一章則根據(jù)我國校企合作的一些問題并借鑒德國校企合作的精華,試圖研究并解決所存在的問題,包括強化行業(yè)協(xié)會在職業(yè)教育中的功能和地位、密切結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際加強校本教材建設(shè)、加強“雙師型”師資隊伍建設(shè)、建立職業(yè)教育管理專門機構(gòu)、建立新型高等職業(yè)教育運行體系、通過簽訂合作合同,明確校企雙方的責(zé)、權(quán)、利,制定優(yōu)先發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的政策、構(gòu)建職業(yè)教育國家決策機制、改革職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費投入的保障機制、轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)觀念、形成正確的教育觀等等。
[Abstract]:In China, higher vocational education can be said to rise with the rise of short-term vocational universities in various parts of the country (especially in some medium-sized cities) in the early 1980s. Until the end of the 20th century, the colleges and universities of higher vocational education introduced the cooperation of "one year, three semesters, alternating work and learning", which indicates that the concept of higher vocational education in our country is advancing with the times and the practice is maturing gradually. It also marks the trend of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics. It can be said that the cooperation between schools and enterprises has made certain achievements in the development of higher vocational education institutions, and its advantages are also reflected in the society, which plays a positive role in the cultivation of talents and the development of market economy. However, at present, the cooperation between school and enterprise is still in the exploratory stage, and there are some difficulties and problems: including the responsibility, power and benefit of the main body of the management of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in our country. The cooperation between school and enterprise has not been standardized, and no third party can coordinate the cooperation between school and enterprise. The cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education is lack of special regulations, financing problems, society, higher vocational colleges, enterprises, lack of enough attention to the cooperation of higher vocational schools and enterprises, and so on. In the course of collecting and sorting relevant documents from books, academic journals, academic research reports and other channels, this study has understood the German "dual system" vocational education model. The present situation of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China is studied. With the method of comparative analysis, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the cooperation between Chinese and German schools and enterprises from different angles, and tries to find some countermeasures to solve the problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country. At the same time, through the investigation and research method to deepen understanding of the current situation of cooperation between schools and enterprises in China. This paper is divided into four chapters. The introduction mainly focuses on the background, research significance, research methods and current research situation at home and abroad. The first chapter focuses on the definition of core concepts and the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation. The second chapter finds out the enlightenment to our country from the excellent model of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the world-Germany's dual system. The third chapter mainly studies the actual situation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country, and finds out the existing problems and difficulties. In the last chapter, according to some problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country and the essence of the cooperation between German schools and enterprises, we try to study and solve the existing problems, including strengthening the functions and status of trade associations in vocational education. Strengthen the construction of school-based teaching materials, strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teaching staff, establish specialized institutions of vocational education management, establish a new operational system of higher vocational education, and make clear the responsibilities of both schools and enterprises through the signing of cooperative contracts. The policy of giving priority to the development of vocational education, the construction of the national decision-making mechanism of vocational education, the reform of the guarantee mechanism for the investment of funds in vocational education, the transformation of traditional concepts, the formation of a correct outlook on education, etc.
