XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】：高職教育是我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分。自1999年全國(guó)教育工作會(huì)議提出“大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育”,我國(guó)高職教育蓬勃發(fā)展。高職教育為滿足我國(guó)人民的大眾教育需求作出了重要貢獻(xiàn),并培養(yǎng)出一大批對(duì)國(guó)家對(duì)社會(huì)有用的高技能型人才。 專業(yè)建設(shè)是高職院校建設(shè)的核心,是人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,是體現(xiàn)辦學(xué)水平的重要標(biāo)志。如何建設(shè)有特色有內(nèi)涵適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需要的專業(yè)已成為高職院校發(fā)展的重中之重。德國(guó)、美國(guó)等西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在這方面己走在了前列。我國(guó)高職專業(yè)建設(shè)正在穩(wěn)步發(fā)展中。在此過(guò)程中,存在結(jié)構(gòu)不太合理、特色不大明顯等一些問(wèn)題。 項(xiàng)目管理的意義在于通過(guò)對(duì)有限資源的有效計(jì)劃、組織、控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理目的,保證項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文以XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,首先描述了XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,接著對(duì)XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目做介紹,然后指出其存在的問(wèn)題與不足,最后提出問(wèn)題的解決之道——用項(xiàng)目管理的方法進(jìn)行XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。 我國(guó)在高職專業(yè)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的研究比較薄弱,大多數(shù)研究都僅僅針對(duì)某一具體專業(yè),把項(xiàng)目管理的理論、方法及模式運(yùn)用于高職專業(yè)建設(shè)的研究很少,幾乎沒有。專業(yè)建設(shè)是高職院校建設(shè)的核心,在此過(guò)程中,教育資源的優(yōu)化配置起了決定性的作用。而項(xiàng)目管理是對(duì)人、財(cái)、物等資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)的有效管理方法。目前,高職專業(yè)建設(shè)存在一些問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的管理方法成為解決問(wèn)題的一條有效途徑。本文研究了高職專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理,在研究問(wèn)題上具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。 本研究共分為五個(gè)部分：第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了本研究的背景,闡述研究目的和意義,進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,說(shuō)明本研究的思路和方法。第二部分為相關(guān)理論回顧,對(duì)研究所涉及到的項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了回顧。第三部分為XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀,描述了XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目情況做介紹,指出其中的問(wèn)題與不足。第四部分為XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理,是針對(duì)第三部分問(wèn)題提出的個(gè)人解決之道——運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法解決XX學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)院級(jí)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目存在的問(wèn)題與不足。第五部分為結(jié)語(yǔ),得出研究結(jié)論,同時(shí)說(shuō)明我的研究局限性,并對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. Since the National Conference on Education work in 1999 put forward "vigorously developing higher vocational education", higher vocational education in China has developed vigorously. Higher vocational education has made an important contribution to meet the needs of mass education of our people, and has cultivated a large number of highly skilled talents who are useful to the society. Professional construction is the core of the construction of higher vocational colleges, the key to the quality of talent training, and the important symbol of the level of running a school. How to construct specialties with characteristics and connotations to meet the needs of the market has become the most important part of the development of higher vocational colleges. Germany, the United States and other Western developed countries have been in the forefront in this respect. The professional construction of higher vocational colleges in China is developing steadily. In this process, there are some problems, such as unreasonable structure, not obvious characteristics and so on. The significance of project management is to plan, organize, control and realize the goal of project management through effective planning, organizing, controlling and ensuring the realization of project objectives. Taking the construction project of tourism management major of XX College as an example, this paper first describes the present situation of tourism management major in XX College, and then introduces the key specialty construction project of tourism management specialty in XX College. Then it points out its existing problems and shortcomings, and finally puts forward the solution of the problem-using the method of project management to compete for the construction project of the key specialty in the tourism management specialty of XX College. The research in the field of professional construction in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak, most of the studies are only aimed at a specific specialty, the theory, method and mode of project management applied to the professional construction of higher vocational education are few, almost no. Specialty construction is the core of the construction of higher vocational colleges. In this process, the optimal allocation of educational resources plays a decisive role. Project management is an effective management method to optimize the allocation of resources, such as people, money and materials, so as to achieve the organizational objectives. At present, there are some problems in the construction of higher vocational specialty, and scientific management method is an effective way to solve the problem. This paper studies the project management of higher vocational specialty construction, which has some innovation in the research. This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of this study, expounds the purpose and significance of the study, carries out a literature review, and explains the ideas and methods of this study. The second part is a review of relevant theories, which are related to project management. In the third part, the author describes the current situation of tourism management major in XX College, introduces the construction project of tourism management major in XX College, and points out the problems and shortcomings. The fourth part is the construction project management of the tourism management specialty of XX College. It is a personal solution to the third part of the problem-using the method of project management to solve the problems and shortcomings of the key specialty construction projects in the tourism management major of XX College. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study, and the limitations of my research, and prospects for the future.
