高職食品類專業(yè)頂崗實習過程管理現(xiàn)狀與對策分析

【摘要】:對長沙環(huán)境保護職業(yè)技術(shù)學院食品營養(yǎng)與檢測專業(yè)7年的頂崗實習相關(guān)信息和數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):"推薦實習與自主選擇相結(jié)合、實習與就業(yè)"相結(jié)合的做法,有效地解決了學生實習與就業(yè)的雙重壓力,但也給頂崗實習過程管理帶來了困難。針對頂崗實習過程管理存在的問題,應(yīng)從崗位技術(shù)含量、單位性質(zhì)、區(qū)域位置以及實習與就業(yè)結(jié)合等方面考量,加強校外實習基地建設(shè)質(zhì)量,并歸口學校層面實行統(tǒng)一平臺管理,同時拓展更多更優(yōu)質(zhì)校外實習基地,明確實習單位、校方和學生三方的責任,讓學生明確頂崗實習全過程的工作任務(wù)和考核目標,并嚴格實施"在線管理"。
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of relevant information and data of food nutrition and testing major in Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Environmental Protection for 7 years, it is found that: "the combination of recommended practice and independent choice, practice and employment". It effectively solves the double pressure of student practice and employment, but it also brings difficulties to the process management of post practice. In view of the problems existing in the management of the post practice process, we should take into account the technical content of the post, the nature of the unit, the regional position and the combination of practice and employment, so as to strengthen the quality of the construction of the practice base outside the school. At the school level, we should implement unified platform management, at the same time expand more and more high-quality practice bases, clarify the responsibilities of the internship units, the school and the students, so that students can clearly define the tasks and assessment objectives of the whole process of job placement and practice. And strictly implement "online management".
