【摘要】：《國家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中提出,國家應(yīng)該把教育擺在一個(gè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位上。教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展是黨和國家提出并長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持的一項(xiàng)重大方針。廣東省近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)行轉(zhuǎn)型,對(duì)人才尤其是高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才的需求有所變化。這引導(dǎo)我們關(guān)注一個(gè)問題：廣東地區(qū)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的教學(xué)改革!正是在這一背景下,筆者作為一個(gè)高職工作者對(duì)東莞地區(qū)高職教育教學(xué)改革做了一個(gè)研究。首先回顧了東莞地區(qū)高職教育的歷史,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了高職教育在東莞經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面的重要意義,提出了一些東莞高職教育定位的原則；隨后筆者通過訪談對(duì)東莞地區(qū)高職教育在專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程開設(shè)和授課方式、實(shí)習(xí)安排三個(gè)方面存在的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)地方政府、高職院校、企業(yè)三者在以上三方面各自發(fā)揮著不同的作用；筆者嘗試從一個(gè)高職英語教師的角度,對(duì)東莞地區(qū)高職教學(xué)改革在專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程開設(shè)和授課方式、實(shí)習(xí)安排幾個(gè)方面提出了一些改革的建議,希望對(duì)東莞地區(qū)高職教育的教學(xué)改革能有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:In the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan, it is proposed that the country should put education in a strategic position of giving priority to development. The priority development of education is a major policy put forward by the Party and the country and adhered to for a long time. In recent years, the economic development of Guangdong Province has been transformed, and the demand for talents, especially the applied talents of higher technology, has changed. This leads us to pay attention to a problem: Guangdong area higher vocational and technical education teaching reform! It is under this background that the author, as a higher vocational education worker, has done a research on the teaching reform of higher vocational education in Dongguan area. First of all, it reviews the history of higher vocational education in Dongguan area, highlights the importance of higher vocational education in the economic development of Dongguan, and puts forward some principles for the orientation of higher vocational education in Dongguan. Then the author summarizes the existing problems in three aspects of higher vocational education in Dongguan area, such as specialty setting, course offering and teaching mode, practice arrangement, and finds out that local government and higher vocational colleges, From the perspective of a higher vocational English teacher, the author tries to reform the teaching of higher vocational education in Dongguan in terms of specialty setting, curriculum offering and teaching methods. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of practice arrangement in the hope that it will be helpful to the teaching reform of higher vocational education in Dongguan area.
