高職院校實踐教學工作影響因素及現狀分析

【摘要】:加強實踐教學,切實提高大學生實踐能力,已成為當前我國高等教育發(fā)展的一項重要內容。高職院校,作為向地方培養(yǎng)和輸送高級技術人才的重要基地,尤其必須注重強化實踐教學環(huán)節(jié),促其成為特色。以實踐教學作為提高高職院校教育質量的突破口,已經成為理論界和實踐界的共識。然而,目前關于高職院校的實踐教學體系的研究還很薄弱。究其原因,實踐教學的研究不足和現實困境是一個重要方面。為進一步深化我國高職院校實踐教學發(fā)展,建構適合時代發(fā)展與可行的實踐教學體系,探討高職院校實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展的困境,也就是實踐教學開展的影響因素,了解各影響因素的現狀并分析,已成為亟需解決的課題。 本研究結合實踐探索與理論思考,通過文獻、訪談等方法,提出實踐教學開展的影響因素;在此基礎上,開展問卷編制與調查,進行統(tǒng)計分析,,進而驗證其影響因素并進行現狀分析。通過理論假設并經實證分析,得出高職院校實踐教學影響因素是條件、投入、態(tài)度和成效四方面,進而分析其四因素的現狀,為實踐教學的深入開展提供對策依據。 根據高職院校實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)開展現狀,提出建議和對策:不斷培養(yǎng)高職院校實踐教學發(fā)展所需的雙師型教師;加強高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式改革;進一步提升學生的拓展能力,提升高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的質量和水平,真正做到為社會人才需求服務。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the practical teaching and improving the practical ability of college students have become an important content of the development of higher education in our country. Higher vocational colleges, as an important base for training and transporting advanced technical talents to local areas, must pay special attention to strengthening the practical teaching links and promoting them to become characteristics. Practice teaching as a breakthrough to improve the quality of higher vocational education has become the consensus of the theoretical and practical circles. However, the research on practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges is still very weak. Investigate its reason, the research of practice teaching is insufficient and realistic predicament is an important aspect. In order to further deepen the development of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges in China, to construct a practical teaching system suitable for the development of the times, and to explore the predicament of the development of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, that is, the influencing factors of the development of practical teaching. Understanding the current situation and analyzing the influencing factors has become an urgent task. This study combined with practical exploration and theoretical thinking, through literature, interviews and other methods, put forward the factors affecting the development of practical teaching, on the basis of this, carry out questionnaire compilation and investigation, statistical analysis, Then verify the influencing factors and analyze the current situation. Through theoretical hypothesis and empirical analysis, it is concluded that the influencing factors of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges are conditions, input, attitude and effect, and then the present situation of four factors is analyzed, which provides countermeasures for the further development of practical teaching. According to the present situation of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures: to train the double teachers needed for the development of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, to strengthen the reform of personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges, to further improve the students' ability to expand, Improve the quality and level of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and truly serve the needs of social talents.
