【摘要】：民國時期為提高職業(yè)教育的質量,培養(yǎng)符合社會需求的實用技能人才,政府、職業(yè)教育界對職業(yè)教師的任用條件作了明確規(guī)定,提出了符合職業(yè)教育特點的教育學識與職業(yè)經(jīng)驗的雙重素質和能力要求。但是,由于落實、執(zhí)行的不到位問題,也給民國職業(yè)教育教師隊伍的質量帶來直接的影響。通過對民國職業(yè)教育教師任用條件研究,為當今現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育教師隊伍建設提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of vocational education and train practical skilled personnel to meet the needs of the society, the government and vocational education circles made clear provisions on the terms and conditions of appointment of vocational teachers during the period of the Republic of China. The double qualities and abilities of educational knowledge and professional experience which accord with the characteristics of vocational education are put forward. However, the quality of vocational education teachers in the Republic of China is directly influenced by the problems of implementation and implementation. By studying the conditions of appointment of vocational education teachers in the Republic of China, this paper provides a reference for the construction of teachers in modern vocational education.
