信息化背景下高職院校工業(yè)設(shè)計人才培養(yǎng)模式

【摘要】:高職教育同時具備高等教育和職業(yè)教育的特點,它是以職業(yè)崗位為導向的高等教育形式,高職院校肩負著培養(yǎng)高級技能型人才的任務(wù)。工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)是一門涉及到多學科的交叉型專業(yè)。高職院校中工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式由于教育類型和專業(yè)自身的特點而有別于普通高校。隨著國家對高職院校信息化建設(shè)的推進和整個社會經(jīng)濟信息化的深刻變化,基于信息化的高職院校工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革與創(chuàng)新成為值得研究的課題。 論文首先分析了高等教育與職業(yè)教育、教育與培訓、高等職業(yè)教育與普通高等教育的區(qū)別,對高等職業(yè)教育進行了定位。然后對高職院校工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)研,分析了信息化建設(shè)對高職院校工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式產(chǎn)生的影響。信息化加深了高職工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)的內(nèi)涵,同時也拓寬了其專業(yè)外延。信息化使工業(yè)設(shè)計的職業(yè)崗位群更豐富,隨著工業(yè)設(shè)計的價值取向轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐杂脩趔w驗為核心,在傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品造型、模型制作等崗位的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了交互設(shè)計、界面設(shè)計甚至環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計的崗位。在人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建中,我們必須考慮這些新的崗位群。高職工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建,是一項系統(tǒng)工程。涉及到人才培養(yǎng)定位、體制機制、課程體系、師資隊伍、資源庫建設(shè)、實習實訓的開展與考核等各個方面。信息化的平臺為順利開展人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革創(chuàng)新提供了技術(shù)上的支持。必須以真實項目驅(qū)動高職工業(yè)設(shè)計實訓,成為專業(yè)發(fā)展的共識。要實現(xiàn)真實項目驅(qū)動,在項目引入、實施、考核等各環(huán)節(jié)都需要信息化技術(shù)做基礎(chǔ)。隨后結(jié)合本校自身特點,對人才培養(yǎng)目標、課程體系、教學方式、實訓項目等方面進行調(diào)整實施,并創(chuàng)建了一套基于信息化平臺的“專業(yè)+項目+工作室”的教學體系。 論文最后綜合課程特色、職業(yè)崗位、師資隊伍、校企合作等方面構(gòu)建了新的基于信息化平臺的人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education has the characteristics of both higher education and vocational education. It is a form of higher education guided by vocational posts. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the task of cultivating advanced skilled personnel. Industrial design is a cross-disciplinary major involving many disciplines. The talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges is different from that of ordinary colleges because of the characteristics of education types and specialties. With the advancement of national informatization construction of higher vocational colleges and the profound changes of the whole social and economic informatization, the reform and innovation of talents training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges based on information technology has become a topic worthy of study. Firstly, the paper analyzes the differences between higher education and vocational education, education and training, higher vocational education and general higher education, and makes a positioning of higher vocational education. Then, the author investigates the current situation of the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the influence of information construction on the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational colleges. Informationization deepens the connotation of higher vocational industrial design specialty and widens its professional extension. With the value orientation of industrial design changing to the core of user experience, interactive design is added on the basis of traditional product modeling, model making and so on. Interface design and even environmental art design position. In the construction of talent training model, we must consider these new post groups. It is a systematic project to construct the talent training mode of industrial design major in higher vocational education. It involves personnel training orientation, system mechanism, curriculum system, teaching staff, resource bank construction, practice training development and examination and so on. The platform of informatization provides technical support for the reform and innovation of talent training mode. It is necessary to use the real project to drive the practical training of higher vocational industrial design and become the consensus of professional development. In order to realize real project drive, information technology is needed in all aspects of project introduction, implementation, examination and so on. Then according to its own characteristics, the author adjusts and implements the training goal, course system, teaching method, practical training project and so on, and establishes a teaching system of "professional project studio" based on the information platform. At the end of the paper, a new talent training model based on information platform is constructed in the aspects of curriculum characteristics, professional posts, teachers' team and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
