【摘要】：德育是素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分,在高等職業(yè)教育中占據(jù)著重要地位。如何引導青年學生樹立正確的社會主義世界觀、道德觀、價值觀,使其德才兼?zhèn)?真正成為對社會有用的人,是職業(yè)院校德育工作者面臨的重要任務。本文從高職院校德育工作實際出發(fā),分析德育工作所面臨的問題、針對學生實際情況,將職業(yè)道德教育貫穿于整個教學過程中,尋找切實有效的德育方式,創(chuàng)新切實可行的教育手段,提出了改進策略。
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important part of quality education and occupies an important position in higher vocational education. How to guide young students to set up a correct socialist world outlook, morality and values, make them both virtuous and talented, and become useful to the society, is an important task faced by the moral education workers in vocational colleges and universities. Starting from the reality of moral education in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems faced by moral education, aiming at the actual situation of students, running professional ethics education through the whole teaching process, looking for a practical and effective way of moral education. To innovate the practical educational means and put forward the improvement strategy.
