【摘要】：加強中職師資隊伍建設(shè)是鞏固中職教育基礎(chǔ)地位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的一項重要工作。近十年來,我國有關(guān)中職師資隊伍建設(shè)的政策體系逐步建立,中職教師資格制度、培養(yǎng)制度、培訓體系、管理制度等逐步健全,實現(xiàn)了由增加數(shù)量向提升素質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變以及師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)的逐步優(yōu)化,呈現(xiàn)出政府發(fā)揮主導作用、政策內(nèi)容日益豐富、可操作性逐漸增強、保障體系逐步完善等特點。展望未來,我國中職師資隊伍建設(shè)政策應(yīng)遵循實現(xiàn)依法治教、強化執(zhí)行監(jiān)督、推動政策落實、發(fā)揮市場作用、推進與國際接軌等目標取向。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of secondary vocational teachers is an important work to consolidate the basic status of secondary vocational education and to develop modern vocational education. In the past ten years, China has gradually established a policy system for the construction of secondary vocational school teachers, and gradually perfected the qualification system, training system and management system of secondary vocational school teachers. The transformation from increasing the quantity to improving the quality and the gradual optimization of the structure of the teaching staff show that the government plays a leading role, the policy content is increasingly rich, the operability is gradually enhanced, and the security system is gradually improved. Looking forward to the future, the construction policy of teachers in secondary vocational schools should follow the goal orientation of managing education according to law, strengthening execution and supervision, promoting the implementation of policies, giving play to the role of the market, and promoting the integration with the world.
