論高等職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的邏輯與機(jī)制

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展需要多部門、多主體的共同參與,產(chǎn)學(xué)合作是基本要素。第三次工業(yè)革命背景下,培養(yǎng)技能型創(chuàng)新人才和轉(zhuǎn)變企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式要求構(gòu)建高等職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制。從開放科學(xué)視角看,高等職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新行動是基于主體創(chuàng)新能力異質(zhì)性這一基本內(nèi)在邏輯而展開的;诶碚撗芯亢桶咐治,高等職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新要圍繞建立產(chǎn)學(xué)多元主體共同愿景、校企微觀主體共同利益基礎(chǔ)和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新框架系統(tǒng)序參量,構(gòu)建校企多元主體協(xié)同、價(jià)值整合、利益整合、資源整合以及協(xié)同實(shí)施的長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The development of modern vocational education needs the participation of multi-departments and multi-subjects, and the cooperation of industry and school is the basic factor. Under the background of the third Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to build a cooperative innovation mechanism between higher vocational education and industrial development. From the perspective of open science, the cooperative innovation action between higher vocational education and industrial development is based on the basic internal logic of the heterogeneity of the subject's innovation ability. Based on the theoretical research and case analysis, the cooperative innovation between higher vocational education and industrial development should revolve around the establishment of common vision of multiple subjects of production and learning, the common interests foundation of micro-subjects and the systematic order parameters of collaborative innovation framework. The long-term mechanism of multi-agent coordination, value integration, benefit integration, resource integration and cooperative implementation is constructed.
