M高職院校合并后的校園文化整合研究

【摘要】:校園文化作為一種亞文化形態(tài),是社會文化的一部分。它是校園中全體成員在長期的辦學過程中共同創(chuàng)造和形成的,是全體成員所認同的校園精神及培養(yǎng)這種精神所需要的文化環(huán)境的總和,是師生精神風貌、思維方式、價值取向和行為規(guī)范的綜合體現(xiàn)。大學校園具有自身特有的文化格調(diào)和氛圍,這只無形之手往往發(fā)揮著有形的行政力量所無法比擬的作用,對身在其中的所有人員起著潛移默化的熏陶和感染作用,影響和改變著他們的精神意識和行為習慣,使得他們在這種文化氣息中自然地朝著一定目標不斷前進。校園文化不僅展示了一個學校發(fā)展的理念,更彰顯著一個學校的發(fā)展方向,可以說校園文化是一個學校發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵式品牌。 高職院校作為高等院校的重要組成部分,有其特定的育人目標和辦學理念,具有自身的特點和發(fā)展規(guī)律。同樣,高職院校校園文化作為我國高校校園文化的重要組成部分,是一個具有整體性質(zhì)的系統(tǒng)結構。對于合并后的高職院校,如何將不同背景的學校文化完美地整合,最終實現(xiàn)校園的實質(zhì)性合并,成為一個需要大家積極思考的問題。 本文主要分三大部分共六章內(nèi)容。第一部分,包括緒論及相關理論綜述,主要介紹本文研究背景及意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究思路和方法及研究框架。同時,闡述了組織文化、校園文化及校園文化整合的相關理論,指出高職院校合并后校園文化整合的重要性;第二部分,從文化的四個層面描述了M高職院校校園文化的現(xiàn)狀,進而提出校園文化整合的重要性,并從現(xiàn)狀中分析出M高職院校合并后存在的問題及問題的成因。同時,針對這些問題提出了對策和建議。第三部分,主要包括結論及創(chuàng)新之處,以及本文的不足和今后有待進一步研究的問題。 本文通過四個層面對M高職院校校園文化進行研究,最終使不同背景下的文化能夠完美地整合,提高學校各方面的工作效率。
[Abstract]:Campus culture, as a sub-cultural form, is a part of social culture. It is created and formed by all the members of the campus in the course of running a school for a long time. It is the sum total of the campus spirit recognized by all the members and the cultural environment needed to cultivate the spirit. It is also the spirit style and mode of thinking of the teachers and students. The comprehensive embodiment of value orientation and behavior norms. The university campus has its own unique cultural style and atmosphere, this invisible hand often plays a role that can not be compared with the tangible administrative power, and plays an imperceptible role in edifying and infecting all the people who are in it. It influences and changes their mental consciousness and behavior habits, and makes them naturally advance towards certain goals in this cultural atmosphere. Campus culture not only shows the concept of a school's development, but also highlights the direction of a school's development. It can be said that campus culture is an implicit brand of school development. As an important part of colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics and rules of development. In the same way, as an important part of the campus culture, the campus culture of higher vocational colleges is a systematic structure with the whole nature. For the merged higher vocational colleges, how to integrate the school culture from different backgrounds perfectly and finally realize the substantive merger of the campus has become a problem that needs to be considered positively. This paper is divided into three parts and six chapters. The first part, including the introduction and related theories, mainly introduces the research background and significance, research content, research ideas and methods and research framework. At the same time, it expounds the relevant theories of organizational culture, campus culture and campus culture integration, and points out the importance of the integration of campus culture after the merger of higher vocational colleges. The second part describes the current situation of campus culture in M higher vocational colleges from four aspects of culture. Then it points out the importance of the integration of campus culture, and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems after M higher vocational colleges merge from the present situation. At the same time, the countermeasures and suggestions for these problems are put forward. The third part mainly includes the conclusions and innovations, as well as the shortcomings of this paper and the problems to be further studied. This paper studies the campus culture of M higher vocational colleges from four aspects, and finally makes the culture in different backgrounds integrate perfectly and improve the working efficiency of all aspects of the school.
