【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期,國民政府戰(zhàn)略重心西移,重慶成為戰(zhàn)時的陪都。隨著重慶戰(zhàn)略地位的提高,職業(yè)指導(dǎo)事業(yè)得到迅速發(fā)展,尤其以重慶職業(yè)指導(dǎo)所的建立和發(fā)展最為典型。重慶職業(yè)指導(dǎo)所自成立以來,致力于開展職業(yè)介紹、難民就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、職業(yè)訓(xùn)練和升學(xué)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)等工作,有效地彌補了政府職能的不足,對完善指導(dǎo)工作體系,協(xié)調(diào)人事矛盾,促進就業(yè)及維護后方社會穩(wěn)定做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the strategic center of the National Government shifted westward, and Chongqing became the wartime capital. With the development of Chongqing's strategic position, career guidance has been developed rapidly, especially the establishment and development of Chongqing Vocational guidance Institute. Since its establishment, the Chongqing Vocational guidance Institute has devoted itself to the work of job introduction, employment guidance for refugees, vocational training and employment guidance for higher education, effectively making up for the deficiencies of government functions, improving the guiding work system, and coordinating personnel contradictions. Promoting employment and maintaining social stability in the rear have made outstanding contributions.
