【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的今天,隨著高職教育改革以及社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷推進(jìn),高職院校和社會(huì)的聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密。世界各國(guó)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展都經(jīng)過(guò)了不斷摸索的過(guò)程,最終總結(jié)出職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的有效途徑——校企合作。目前,各高職院校正積極推進(jìn)工學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,逐漸將企業(yè)文化滲透到教學(xué)過(guò)程各環(huán)節(jié)之中,并取得了一些成績(jī)。但從整體上來(lái)說(shuō)高職校園文化的內(nèi)涵單薄,不少高職院校對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)的認(rèn)識(shí)不到位,體現(xiàn)不出高職特色,在缺乏企業(yè)環(huán)境、企業(yè)文化和職業(yè)氛圍的情況下,培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的學(xué)生具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)很難適合企業(yè)的需求。加強(qiáng)高職校園文化建設(shè)既是高職教育改革和發(fā)展的需要,也是高職院校健康、穩(wěn)定、和諧發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。 本文通過(guò)分析高職校園文化及校企合作模式的內(nèi)涵及其定位,結(jié)合當(dāng)今高職技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)模式,提出高職校園文化建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)建立在體現(xiàn)高職特色的校園文化體系中。高職校園文化建設(shè)不僅要從哲學(xué)層面思考,而且更應(yīng)該從融入職業(yè)特征、職業(yè)技能、職業(yè)道德和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)等高品位校園文化方面進(jìn)行思考。 社會(huì)環(huán)境、校內(nèi)外各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)的支持以及校企合作關(guān)系的發(fā)展是影響富有高職特色的校園文化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。希望通過(guò)本文的分析研究,能夠在當(dāng)前高職與企業(yè)實(shí)行校企合作模式下,為高職加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)提供一些理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考,從而為國(guó)家和社會(huì)培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的技能型人才提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, with the reform of higher vocational education and the promotion of socialist market economy, the relationship between higher vocational colleges and society is getting closer and closer. The development of vocational education all over the world has gone through the process of continuous exploration, and finally summed up the effective way of the development of vocational education-school-enterprise cooperation. At present, the higher vocational colleges are actively promoting the reform of the talent training model combining work and learning, gradually infiltrating the corporate culture into the various links of the teaching process, and have made some achievements. However, on the whole, the connotation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is weak, and many higher vocational colleges do not know the construction of campus culture in place and reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education. In the absence of enterprise environment, corporate culture and professional atmosphere, It is difficult for the students to meet the needs of the enterprise. Strengthening the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is not only the need of the reform and development of higher vocational education, but also the inherent requirement of healthy, stable and harmonious development of higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the connotation and orientation of the campus culture and the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges and combining with the training mode of technical talents in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges should be established in the campus culture system which embodies the characteristics of higher vocational education. The construction of higher vocational campus culture should not only be considered from the philosophical level, but also from the integration of vocational characteristics, vocational skills, professional ethics and professional literacy and other aspects of high-grade campus culture. The social environment, the support of the leaders at all levels in and out of the school to the campus culture construction and the development of the cooperative relationship between the school and the enterprise are the key factors influencing the campus culture construction with the rich characteristics of higher vocational education. It is hoped that through the analysis and research in this paper, we can provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for strengthening the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. Thus for the country and society to cultivate outstanding skilled personnel to provide reference.
