高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)知識知曉現(xiàn)況及需求分析

【摘要】:目的 了解高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)知識的知曉現(xiàn)況和需求,為醫(yī)學(xué)院校專業(yè)課程體系改革提供參考。 方法 采用多階段整群隨機抽樣方法從湖南省醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的高職高專中隨機抽取5所學(xué)校,再從學(xué)校中隨機抽取2個班級的全部學(xué)生,共計904例。所有資料采用Epidata3.02建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用SPSS17.0對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,采用率和構(gòu)成比對研究對象的基本情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計描述,采用x2檢驗、logistic回歸等方法對醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)知識知曉現(xiàn)況及其需求情況的影響因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果 1.本次調(diào)查研究共發(fā)放問卷912份,總回收問卷908份,回收率為99.56%,刪除缺失值大于20%的問卷4份,總有效問卷904份,有效率為99.1%。 2.調(diào)查對象對藥物基因組學(xué)的知曉現(xiàn)況:五所高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)院校均未開設(shè)藥物基因組學(xué)這門課程;在本次被調(diào)查的904位醫(yī)學(xué)生中,89.3%的醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)概念不了解,10.7%的醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)概念了解;在了解藥物基因組學(xué)的醫(yī)學(xué)生中,28.24%的人是通過醫(yī)學(xué)院校獲得藥物基因組學(xué)知識,42.35%的人是通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲得藥物基因組學(xué)知識;不同專業(yè)之間兩兩比較,x2檢驗結(jié)果表明,護理與藥學(xué)(x2=10.332,P=0.001)、護理與檢驗(x2=11.698,P=0.001);僅7.08%在校期間聽說過基因多態(tài)性或基因檢測技術(shù);大部分醫(yī)學(xué)生根本不了解藥物基因組學(xué)相關(guān)知識且不知道回答在臨床實踐中誰最需要具備藥物基因?qū)W相關(guān)知識。 3.調(diào)查對象對藥物基因組學(xué)知識的需求現(xiàn)狀:61.9%的醫(yī)學(xué)生認(rèn)為需要開設(shè)藥物基因組學(xué)課程;絕大部分醫(yī)學(xué)生認(rèn)為在本專業(yè)中需要具備藥物基因組學(xué)相關(guān)知識及認(rèn)為藥物基因組學(xué)檢測相關(guān)依據(jù)重要。 4.分析結(jié)果表明醫(yī)學(xué)生的專業(yè)、年級以及是否參與了臨床實習(xí)均影響其對藥物基因組學(xué)課程的需求。 結(jié)論: 1.高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)知曉率低,了解的途徑主要來源于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。 2.高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)生對藥物基因組學(xué)課程需求的影響因素有專業(yè)、年級以及是否參與了臨床實習(xí)。 3.在高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)院校設(shè)置藥物基因組學(xué)課程有一定需求,為進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)藥物基因組學(xué)的發(fā)展和醫(yī)學(xué)院校專業(yè)課程改革,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新形勢的專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)職業(yè)人才提供參考。
[Abstract]:objective
Objective: to understand the current situation and needs of medical students' knowledge about pharmacogenomics in higher vocational colleges, and to provide reference for the reform of professional curriculum system in medical colleges.
Method
Using the multistage cluster random sampling method, 5 schools were randomly selected from the Medical College of Hunan Province, and 904 students were randomly selected from 2 classes from the school. All the data were established by Epidata3.02, and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the results of the survey. The basic situation of the image was statistically described, and X2 test and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the medical students' knowledge of the knowledge of pharmacogenomics and the influencing factors of their needs.
Result
1. a total of 912 questionnaires were issued with a total of 908 questionnaires. The recovery rate was 99.56%, and 4 questionnaires were deleted with the missing value more than 20%. The total effective questionnaire was 904, and the effective rate was 99.1%.
2. the present status of the knowledge of pharmacogenomics: five higher vocational colleges did not offer the course of pharmacogenomics; of the 904 medical students surveyed, 89.3% of the medical students did not understand the concept of pharmacogenomics, 10.7% of the medical students understood the concept of drug genomics, and were aware of the drug genomics. Of the medical students, 28.24% were acquired the knowledge of pharmacogenomics through medical colleges and 42.35% of the people obtained the knowledge of pharmacogenomics through the Internet; 22 compared between different professions, the results of x2 test showed that nursing and Pharmacy (x2=10.332, P=0.001), nursing and testing (x2=11.698, P=0.001); only 7.08% heard during the school period. Genetic polymorphisms or gene detection techniques; most medical students do not know the knowledge of pharmacogenomics and do not know who needs to have the knowledge of drug genetics in clinical practice.
3. the need for the knowledge of pharmacogenomics: 61.9% of the medical students think that the course of pharmacogenomics needs to be offered; most medical students think that the knowledge of pharmacogenomics and the basis for the examination of pharmacogenomics are needed in this major.
4. the analysis results indicate that medical students' majors, grades and whether they are involved in clinical practice affect their demand for pharmacogenomics courses.
Conclusion:
1. the awareness rate of pharmacogenomics for medical students in vocational colleges is low, and the main way to understand them is Internet.
2. the influencing factors of the demand for pharmacogenomics courses for vocational students are professional, grade and whether they are involved in clinical practice.
3. it is necessary to set up the course of pharmacogenomics in medical colleges and universities, and provide reference for further adapting to the development of pharmacogenomics and the curriculum reform of medical colleges and universities, and training the professional medical professionals to adapt to the new situation.
