【摘要】：高職教育領(lǐng)域公私合作伙伴關(guān)系模式建設(shè)實(shí)踐遵循西方國家歷經(jīng)的"‘硬經(jīng)濟(jì)’領(lǐng)域→‘硬社會’領(lǐng)域→‘軟經(jīng)濟(jì)’領(lǐng)域→‘軟社會’領(lǐng)域"原則順序。高職教育領(lǐng)域公私合作伙伴關(guān)系模式建設(shè)將會形成"漣漪效應(yīng)"和"撬動效應(yīng)"。如何動員這個"攪局者"——以"私"方為典型代表的社會資本和社會力量,投身高職教育領(lǐng)域建設(shè),是"公私"合作大時代賦予的重大實(shí)踐命題。而以商業(yè)模式和退出通道安排為兩大要件的"進(jìn)入-退出"機(jī)制設(shè)計是高職教育領(lǐng)域公私合作伙伴關(guān)系模式建設(shè)實(shí)踐的中心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The construction practice of public-private partnership mode in higher vocational education follows the principle sequence of "hard economy" field "soft society" field. The "ripple effect" and "crowning effect" will be formed in the construction of public-private partnership in higher vocational education. How to mobilize the "agitator"-the social capital and social force represented by the "private" side, and join in the construction of the field of higher vocational education is an important practical proposition given by the "public-private" cooperation era. The design of "entry-exit" mechanism, which takes business model and exit channel arrangement as two important elements, is the central content of the construction practice of public-private partnership mode in higher vocational education.
