市場導(dǎo)向下的中職生職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟正面臨產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,技能人才的緊缺已成為制約經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和技術(shù)改革的瓶頸。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校作為培養(yǎng)直接在生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、技術(shù)和管理一線工作的技能型人才的教育機構(gòu),在這一歷史進程中發(fā)揮著重要的推動作用。培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)中職生,使之成為符合企業(yè)需要的“一專多能”的復(fù)合型人才是每一位職教工作者的核心工作任務(wù)。 但是筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),在行業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域更新加快,對從業(yè)者素質(zhì)要求不斷提高的時代背景下,中職生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)與用人單位需求之間存在較大差距。突出表現(xiàn)為:人文知識、審美知識、文明禮儀、法律法規(guī)等文化基礎(chǔ)知識的缺失;閱讀、語言表達、書寫運算等基本技能的缺失;敬業(yè)精神、責(zé)任意識、紀律觀念、心理承受力、交流合作能力、吃苦耐勞精神等職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)的缺失以及職業(yè)技能素質(zhì)的缺失等。 本文圍繞市場導(dǎo)向下中職生究竟應(yīng)該具有哪些職業(yè)素質(zhì)以及如何培養(yǎng)中職生職業(yè)素質(zhì)展開論述。首先分析和界定了素質(zhì)、職業(yè)素質(zhì)、中職生職業(yè)素質(zhì)的涵義;探討企業(yè)對復(fù)合型人才職業(yè)素質(zhì)的具體要求;然后結(jié)合中職生整體素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,分析目前中職生職業(yè)素質(zhì)方面存在的主要問題,進而針對主要問題提出具體培養(yǎng)途徑和策略,文章從如何培養(yǎng)中職生的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)、文化科學(xué)素質(zhì)、過硬的專業(yè)技能素質(zhì)、健康的心理素質(zhì)、與人交往合作能力和創(chuàng)新精神等六個方面展開了論述。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is facing the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of economic growth mode. The shortage of skilled personnel has become the bottleneck of restricting economic development and technological reform. Secondary vocational schools, as an educational institution for cultivating skilled personnel who are directly engaged in production, service, technology and management, play an important role in this historical process. It is the core task of every vocational education worker to train high quality secondary vocational students and make them become "one specialty and many talents" in accordance with the needs of enterprises. However, the author finds that under the background of accelerating the renewal of the technical field of the industry and increasing the quality of the practitioners, there is a big gap between the vocational quality of the secondary vocational students and the demand of the employer. Outstanding manifestations are: lack of basic cultural knowledge, such as humanistic knowledge, aesthetic knowledge, civilized etiquette, laws and regulations; lack of basic skills such as reading, language expression, writing and operation; professionalism, sense of responsibility, discipline, etc. Psychological tolerance, ability of communication and cooperation, lack of professional ethics quality such as hardworking spirit and lack of professional skill quality etc. This paper discusses what professional qualities should be possessed by secondary vocational students under market guidance and how to cultivate them. First of all, it analyzes and defines the meaning of quality, professional quality and vocational quality of secondary vocational school students, discusses the specific requirements of enterprise to the professional quality of compound talents, and then combines with the present situation of the overall quality of secondary vocational school students. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the vocational quality of secondary vocational school students, and then puts forward some specific ways and strategies to cultivate the professional ethics, culture and science, and excellent professional skills of the secondary vocational school students. The healthy psychological quality, the ability of communication and cooperation with people and the spirit of innovation are discussed in this paper.
