高等職業(yè)教育視角下“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”思考

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育在我國高等教育中已占據(jù)了半壁江山,然而過分強(qiáng)調(diào)高職的技能性、應(yīng)用性、崗位性導(dǎo)致人片面發(fā)展的弊端日益突出,通識(shí)教育的價(jià)值恰恰在于對(duì)這種弊端的矯正和超越。通識(shí)教育將受教育者作為一個(gè)具體的、完整的人而施以全面的教育,旨在培養(yǎng)能積極參與社會(huì)、有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的合格公民。本文從通識(shí)教育、高職、通識(shí)教育課程、通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵出發(fā);運(yùn)用調(diào)查比較法、文獻(xiàn)分析法、個(gè)案分析法對(duì)國內(nèi)外高職教育“通識(shí)教育課程”發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行對(duì)比,運(yùn)用圖表分析國內(nèi)外高等“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”的模式,得出如下結(jié)論: 通過對(duì)各國“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)的模式比較,得出四個(gè)基本觀點(diǎn),一是“通識(shí)教育課程”是高等職業(yè)教育課程的有機(jī)構(gòu)成,成為當(dāng)代世界高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),二是各國政府和學(xué)校都比較重視高職“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”,以制度保障“通識(shí)教育課程”的嚴(yán)肅性、規(guī)范性與可操作性。三是高職“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”的內(nèi)容與時(shí)代發(fā)展、國家發(fā)展和學(xué)校發(fā)展有關(guān)。四是高職“通識(shí)教育課程”制度建設(shè)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了個(gè)人發(fā)展、學(xué)校發(fā)展和國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。高職“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”,是提高國民綜合素質(zhì)的有效途徑,是高職教育品牌效應(yīng)的重要支撐。 運(yùn)用矛盾的普遍性與特殊性,對(duì)比國內(nèi)外高職通識(shí)教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),總結(jié)中國傳統(tǒng)文化中對(duì)通識(shí)教育課程的認(rèn)知,依據(jù)教育學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合國家關(guān)于職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的文件,,與國家關(guān)于課程體系改革的相關(guān)政策,對(duì)我國高職“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”進(jìn)行探索。 以我國現(xiàn)有的高職“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”的內(nèi)容與制度出發(fā),我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和社會(huì)對(duì)高職教育的客觀要求,找出高職視角下“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”存在的不足,分別從“通識(shí)教育課程建設(shè)”的內(nèi)容與制度方面出給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education in our country. However, it emphasizes the disadvantages of the skill, application and position of higher vocational education. The value of general education lies in the correction and Transcendence of this kind of abuse. The general education will be a concrete and complete person. The purpose of this article is to cultivate qualified citizens who can actively participate in the society and have a sense of social responsibility. This article starts with the connotation of general education, higher vocational education, general education curriculum and general education curriculum construction, and uses investigation and comparison method, literature analysis method and case analysis method to carry out the development of "general education curriculum" in Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad. In contrast, we use charts to analyze the models of general education curriculum construction at home and abroad, and draw the following conclusions:
Through the comparison of the mode of "general education curriculum construction" in various countries, four basic viewpoints are drawn. First, "general education curriculum" is an organic composition of higher vocational education, and it has become the inevitable trend of the development of Higher Vocational Education in the world. The two is that all governments and schools pay more attention to the "general education curriculum construction" in higher vocational education. Degree guarantees the seriousness, standardization and operability of "general education curriculum". Three the content of "general education curriculum construction" is related to the development of the times, the development of the state and the development of schools. Four is the development of "general education curriculum" in higher vocational education, promoting the development of individual, school development and national economic development. "General knowledge of Higher Vocational Education" The construction of education curriculum is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of the people and an important support for the brand effect of higher vocational education.
Using the universality and particularity of the contradiction, comparing the experience and lessons of general education in Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad, and summarizing the cognition of the general education curriculum in Chinese traditional culture, according to the relevant theories of education, the relevant national documents on the development of vocational education, and the relevant policies of the state on the reform of the curriculum system, the general knowledge of China's higher vocational education. The construction of education curriculum is explored.
Based on the content and system of "general education curriculum construction" in our country, the current situation of economic development in China and the objective requirements of the society to higher vocational education, we find out the shortcomings of the "general education curriculum construction" from the perspective of higher vocational education, and give the corresponding countermeasures from the content and system of the "general education curriculum construction". Policy.
