【摘要】：地市級(jí)政府負(fù)有對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃與管理的職責(zé)。本文為方便省級(jí)政府對(duì)地市級(jí)政府統(tǒng)籌職業(yè)教育發(fā)展工作進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的評(píng)價(jià),在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后對(duì)指標(biāo)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解析說(shuō)明。最后以山東省的四個(gè)地市為例,采用專(zhuān)家評(píng)價(jià)的方式對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系權(quán)重系數(shù)進(jìn)行了確定,并通過(guò)層次分析法,對(duì)地市級(jí)政府統(tǒng)籌職業(yè)教育發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究和綜合評(píng)價(jià),分析了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Prefectural governments are responsible for the overall planning and management of vocational education in the region. In order to facilitate the provincial government to carry on the scientific and effective evaluation to the prefectural and municipal government as a whole, on the basis of full investigation, this paper constructs the evaluation index system, and then explains the connotation of the index. Finally, taking four cities in Shandong Province as an example, the weight coefficient of evaluation index system is determined by expert evaluation, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight coefficient of the evaluation index system. This paper makes an empirical study and comprehensive evaluation on the development of vocational education coordinated by prefectural and municipal governments, analyzes the evaluation results and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
