【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學徒制是教育部近年來不斷深化產教融合、校企合作,推進職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重要制度。本文首先深入了解現(xiàn)代學徒制的內涵,接著分析職業(yè)教育商科專業(yè)試行現(xiàn)代學徒制的困境,然后研究了百果園實業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司與我院工商企業(yè)管理專業(yè)合作試行現(xiàn)代學徒制的培養(yǎng)模式,最后總結出商科專業(yè)走現(xiàn)代學徒制應該要符合的幾點要求。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is an important system for the Ministry of Education to deepen the integration of industry and education, to promote the development of vocational education. This paper first deeply understands the connotation of modern apprenticeship system, and then analyzes the predicament of trying out the modern apprenticeship system for vocational education and commercial specialty. Then, the paper studies the training mode of modern apprenticeship system in the cooperation between Baioru Industrial Development Co., Ltd and the industrial and commercial enterprise management specialty of our hospital, and finally summarizes some requirements that the commercial specialty should meet in the course of modern apprenticeship system.
