【摘要】：高職財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)校企合作普遍基礎(chǔ)薄弱,合作效果不夠突出,建立科學(xué)有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制是保證校企合作工作順利開(kāi)展的核心和關(guān)鍵。本文結(jié)合高職財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)校企合作現(xiàn)狀,明確構(gòu)建高等職業(yè)院校校企合作績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的重要性,并制定校企合作評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的原則。利用FAHP模糊層次分析法,對(duì)財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)在合作投入、合作產(chǎn)出和合作結(jié)果過(guò)程的績(jī)效進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),設(shè)計(jì)建立校企合作績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為評(píng)價(jià)校企合作績(jī)效提供量化測(cè)評(píng)方法。以高職院校會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)為例,采用新建的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)該專業(yè)校企合作效果進(jìn)行測(cè)量,指出財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)類專業(yè)在校企合作運(yùn)行中存在的問(wèn)題,在校企合作層次、企業(yè)兼職情況、制度建設(shè)等方面提出改進(jìn)的建議。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise is generally weak and the effect of cooperation is not enough. Establishing scientific and effective performance evaluation mechanism is the core and key to ensure the smooth development of cooperation between school and enterprise. Based on the current situation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the major of finance and commerce in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes clear the importance of establishing the evaluation mechanism of the performance of cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, and formulates the principles of the evaluation mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises By using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this paper comprehensively evaluates the performance of the cooperation input, the cooperation output and the cooperation result process of the major of finance and commerce, and designs and establishes the evaluation index system of the cooperation performance of the school and the enterprise. To provide a quantitative evaluation method for the evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation performance. Taking the accounting specialty of higher vocational college as an example, this paper measures the effect of the cooperation between school and enterprise by using the new performance evaluation system, points out the problems existing in the operation of cooperation between school and enterprise in the major of finance and commerce, and points out the situation of the cooperation between school and enterprise and the part-time work of the enterprise. System construction and other aspects put forward suggestions for improvement.
