【摘要】:21世紀學生個性化需求的發(fā)展,使得高職教育走個性化教育之路十分必要,為了引導學生主動學習,高職專業(yè)導師利用霍蘭德職業(yè)興趣測試、舒伯的生涯發(fā)展技術、圖畫測驗技術等職業(yè)輔導工具,幫助學生逐漸形成穩(wěn)定的個性化職業(yè)意向,讓學生成為學習的主角,促使其成為"學習型"學生。
[Abstract]:The development of students' individualized needs in the 21st century makes it very necessary for higher vocational education to take the road of individualized education. In order to guide students to take the initiative in learning, professional tutors in higher vocational colleges make use of Holland's professional interest test and Schuber's career development technology. Vocational counseling tools such as picture test technology help students gradually form stable individualized professional intention, make students become the protagonists of learning and promote them to become "learning-type" students.
