【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是驅(qū)動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力。高技能人才是推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵力量。現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)高技能人才有效供給問(wèn)題研究是產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)背景下高等職業(yè)教育供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革研究中最重要的內(nèi)容。但是,當(dāng)前高職院校現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)人才有效供給明顯不足,嚴(yán)重阻礙了服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效率。基于供給經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基本理論,從創(chuàng)新服務(wù)能力、信息化服務(wù)能力和個(gè)性化服務(wù)能力三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了高職院校現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)3I型人才服務(wù)能力模型,深入分析了當(dāng)前高職院�，F(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)人才有效供給不足的表征,提出了高職院�，F(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)人才有效供給的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry is driving economic and social development of the new power. High-skilled personnel are the key force to promote the development of modern service industry. The study on the effective supply of highly skilled talents in modern service industry is the most important content in the research of supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading. However, the effective supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges is obviously insufficient, which seriously hinders the development efficiency of service economy. Based on the basic theory of supply economics, this paper constructs the 3i model of service ability of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges from three dimensions: innovative service ability, information service ability and individualized service ability. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the insufficient supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the path choice of the effective supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges.
